MAIN OBJECTIVE: Adaptation of 120 participants/62K,58M, as described by GD/to the needs of the local labour market by obtaining at least 90 % of the participants’ qualifications, which will increase their chances on the labour market in the area of implementation of the project by participating in the form of out-of-school education until the end of 31.03.2017 ADOPTED – achieving the main goal of the Project by implementing the original trainings from 01.02.2016 to 31.03.2017: 1. The course “books with spreadsheets in management” 6 editions of 10 people – 200 h W/w are the innovative proprietary program of the applicant approved by the Programme Board, based on modern teaching methods/activities in the group, simulations/. Project in accordance with the objective of the V Regional Innovation Strategy for Mazovia until 2020, including annex no. 1 “smart specialisation”, i.e. task 1 – specialisation in the IT sector – development of trade and services on the Internet Task 2 – a modern solution for business: data analysis and processing services According to the above mentioned Appendix No. 1 -prepared offer = specialisation at the interface of various key areas. TARGET GROUP: 120 persons/62K and 58M/, inhabitant according to the CC Mazovia voivodship, Radom subregion, Białybrzeg district, Kozienicki, Leipzig, Przysuski, Radom, Radom, Radom, Radom, city of Radom, after 18 years of age, without an experience of work or with seniority up to the years 5, reporting on their own initiative will be at least 18 % of the participants’ place of formal education, upgrading, supplementation, etc. MAIN INDICATORS: At least 90 % of the 120 people from GHs will be qualified in out-of-school forms of education; 120 people will participate in out-of-school forms (English)
