The main objective of the Project (P) is to support pupils in classes 7 and 8 of the primary schools of the City of Piestan by consulting with individual counselling, workshop activities, educational trips to employers and at publicly available festival events involving primary and secondary school students, as well as by the bodies and institutions in the district of PRZKOWSKI and inhabitants. The P provides for the creation of a dedicated dedicated U-website, teachers and other actors involved in the vocational guidance process, including access to the local base of secondary schools, institutions supporting occupational education in the region and employers’ bases. In P, support for teachers (N) will also be provided to carry out vocational guidance services to U in schools by raising their competences as a result of completed post-graduate studies (obtaining the qualification of professional counsellors). Each of the participants in the project will be living, studying or working for the obsh.w.w.w.w.w.w.w.w.w.w.w.cfw.czl cywilnego w zakresie cywilny (Civil Code) within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. in each of the four schools participating in the P, an Information and Career Information Point (PIK) will be created to enable the provision of educational and vocational training, which are accompanied by the necessary equipment and equipment, including ICT. The tasks of the P will lead to self-assessment, develop the universal competences necessary in a changing labour market, taking account of individual development and educational needs, as well as psycho-physical capabilities. The use of teaching materials and working methods which are positively validated for innovative P products carried out in the period 2007-13 with the HC OP and will be implemented in close cooperation with the business community. The tasks correspond to the needs and barriers resulting from the individual diagnosis carried out before the application for funding is drawn up. (English)

    summary
    Głównym założeniem Projektu (P) jest wsparcie uczniów (U) klas 7 i 8 szkół podstawowych gm. Miasta Piastów poprzez prowadzenie doradztwa w formie indywidualnego doradztwa, zajęć warsztatowych, wyjazdów edukacyjnych do pracodawców oraz podczas ogólnodostępnych wydarzeń festiwalowych, w których wezmą udział uczniowie szkół podstawowych i ponadpodstawowych oraz podmioty i instytucje z obszaru powiatu pruszkowskiego i mieszkańcy. P przewiduje utworzenie strony internetowej dedykowanej U, nauczycielom oraz innym podmiotom uczestniczącym w procesie doradztwa zawodowego zawierającej dostęp do bazy lokalnych szkół ponadpodstawowych, instytucji wspierających edukację zawodową w regionie oraz bazy pracodawców. W P zostanie skierowane także wsparcie nauczycieli (N) do prowadzenia zadań z zakresu doradztwa zawodowego na rzecz U w szkołach poprzez podniesienie ich kompetencji w wyniku ukończonych studiów podyplomowych (uzyskanie kwalifikacji doradców zawodowych). Każdy z uczestników projektu będzie zamieszkiwał, uczył się lub pracował na obsz. woj.mazowieckiego ZIT WOF w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego W każdej z czterech szkół uczestniczących w P zostanie utworzony Punkt Informacji i Kariery (PIK) umożliwiający realizację doradztwa edukacyjno-zawodowego, wyposażony w niezbędne pomoce dydakt. i sprzęt, w tym TIK. Zadania w P będą prowadziły do samopoznania, rozwijały kompetencje uniwersalne U niezbędne na zmieniającym się rynku pracy z uwzgl. indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych. Wykorzystanie materiałów dydaktycznych i metod pracy będących pozytywnie zwalid. produktami P innowacyjnych zrealizowanych w latach 2007–13 z POKL oraz będzie realizowany w ścisłej współpracy z przedsiębiorcami. Zadania odpowiadają na potrzeby i bariery wynikające z indywidualnej diagnozy przeprowadzonej przed przygotowaniem wniosku o dofinansowanie. (Polish)
