The aim of the project is to activate socio-professional 100 families at risk of social exclusion from the Ciechanowski County, with particular emphasis on the commune of Ojrzeń and Ciechanów commune, aimed at countering poverty and unemployment of this group and acquiring new personal skills by these families. The following forms of support are planned under the project: — social workers’ services; — preventive meetings with specialists; — 2 cultural trips; — 2 Christmas Eve meetings for families; — the creation of an Educational Support Point for Children of the Project Participants; — the organisation of semicolonies and colonies; — educational and therapeutic trip for 96 people; — the creation of a legal and social intervention point; — workshop “Academy of Conscious Parent”; — building self-esteem “Discover your professional and personal potential”; — “Be effective in job search” workshops; — individual advice from a professional development specialist in preparing for employment by helping to write a CV, advice on how to conduct an interview with the employer; — a pre-medical first aid course; — Course on the Law of Driving. B; — vocational training in accordance with predispositions and interests; — traineeships and professional development specialist services; — providing financial assistance under the Emergency Intervention Fund. As a result of the project of 100 inactive persons, at least 22 people will take up work, and 40 people from this group will be ready to look for and take up work. The project is a partnership project of entities from different sectors: PCK OR in Ciechanów (NGO) and the Municipality of Ciechanów and the Municipality of Ojrzeń (in Polish). Prior to the submission of the proposal, a partnership was launched for its implementation. Celem projektu jest zaktywizowane społeczno - zawodowe 100 rodzin zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Powiatu Ciechanowskiego, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Gminy Ojrzeń i Gminy Ciechanów, służące przeciwdziałaniu ubóstwu i bezrobociu tej grupy oraz nabycie nowych umiejętności osobistych przez te rodziny. W ramach projektu planowane są następujące formy wsparcia: - usługi pracownika socjalnego; - spotkania profilaktyczne ze specjalistami; - 2 wyjazdy kulturalne; - 2 spotkania wigilijne dla rodzin; - utworzenie Edukacyjnego Punktu Wspomagania dla dzieci uczestników projektu; - zorganizowanie półkolonii i kolonii; - wyjazd edukacyjno - terapeutyczny dla 96 osób; - utworzenie punktu interwencji prawno - socjalnej; - warsztaty "Akademia Świadomego Rodzica"; - budowanie poczucia własnej wartości "Odkryj swój potencjał zawodowy i osobisty"; - warsztaty aktywności zawodowej "Bądź skuteczny w poszukiwaniu pracy"; - indywidualne porady Specjalisty ds. rozwoju zawodowego w przygotowaniu do podjęcia zatrudnienia poprzez pomoc w napisaniu CV, porad jak prowadzić rozmowę z pracodawcą; - kurs Pierwszej Pomocy Przedmedycznej; - kurs Prawa Jazdy kat. B; - szkolenia zawodowe zgodnie z predyspozycjami i zainteresowaniami; - staże zawodowe i usługi Specjalisty ds. rozwoju zawodowego; - zapewnienie pomocy finansowej w ramach Funduszu Interwencji Kryzysowej. W efekcie projektu z grona 100 osób nieaktywnych zawodowo co najmniej 22 osoby podejmą pracę, a 40 osób z tej grupy gotowych będzie do poszukiwania i podjęcia pracy. Projekt jest projektem partnerskim podmiotów z różnych sektorów: PCK OR w Ciechanowie (NGO) i Gminy Ciechanów i Gminy Ojrzeń (jst.). Przed złożeniem wniosku zostało zainicjowane partnerstwo dotyczące jego realizacji. Pomiędzy partnerami brak jest powiązań, o których mowach w art. 33 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 11 lipca 2014 r. o zasadach realizacji programów w zakresie polityki spójności finansowanych w perspektywie finansowej 2014–2020 (Polish)
