The target is people at risk of poverty/exclusion, who experience multiple exclusions. a group understood as excluded due to more than 1 of the conditions referred to in ‘Text...in the area of inclusion of social.2014-20’, min.80 % of people (KMS 3) and non-individual parents and single parents. UP support implements on the subst of the reintegration path created ind. for each UP(KD4).With each UP signed a document on the model of a social contract (KD3).The project implements group assumptions and support including diagnosis of the situation problem.,resources, potential, predispositions and skills.
