The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of BENEFIT SOLUTION Sp. z o.o. through access to advisory services aimed at supporting the development of the enterprise. The implementation of the project is connected with the intention of the Applicant to implement a development strategy including new process solutions (ICT solutions), which aim, among others, to increase the cost efficiency of the company, to improve the implementation of processes. The applicant does not have the staff resources prepared in substance to develop in-depth analytical work on the organisation itself and the market environment, which would form the basis for a decision on the planned implementation and its chances of success. In this respect, the applicant intends to use advisory services provided by a specialised innovation centre. External innovation advisory services and business development support will be provided by an accredited business environment institution (IOB). The advisory services area will include, among others, a detailed analysis of the applicant’s business needs or analysis of business processes in relation to the planned implementation of process innovations and potential improvements in the use of digital technologies related to company management. The project will carry out analytical and expert work to support the definition of a company’s development strategy in the field of enterprise activity. Celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa BENEFIT SOLUTION Sp. z o.o. poprzez dostęp do usług doradczych mających na celu wsparcie rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Realizacja projektu związana jest z zamiarem wdrożenia przez Wnioskodawcę strategii rozwoju obejmującej nowe rozwiązania o charakterze procesowym (rozwiązania wykorzystujące TIK), których celem będzie m.in. zwiększenie efektywności kosztowej firmy, usprawnienie realizacji procesów. Wnioskodawca nie posiada zasobów kadrowych przygotowanych merytorycznie do opracowania pogłębionych prac analitycznych dotyczących samej organizacji oraz otoczenia rynkowego, które stałyby się podstawą do podjęcia decyzji odnośnie planowanego wdrożenia i jego szans powodzenia. W tym zakresie Wnioskodawca zamierza skorzystać z usług doradczych świadczonych przez specjalistyczny ośrodek innowacji. Zewnętrzne usługi doradcze w zakresie innowacji i wsparcia rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa będą świadczone przez akredytowaną instytucję otoczenia biznesu (IOB). Obszar usług doradczych będzie obejmować m.in. szczegółową analizę potrzeb biznesowych Wnioskodawcy czy analizę procesów biznesowych firmy w odniesieniu do planowanego wdrożenia innowacji procesowych i miejsc potencjalnych usprawnień w wykorzystaniu technologii cyfrowych związanych z zarządzaniem przedsiębiorstwem. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną prace analityczno-eksperckie stanowiące wsparcie dla zdefiniowania strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa w obszarze działalności przedsiębiorstwa.
