It has a direct impact on product form, often affecting technology, price, manufacturing processes, and increasingly innovative product characteristics. The main effects in terms of design are of a comprehensive nature, not only aimed at developing the design of a specific product or service, but also on activities related to the management of the company’s design. The purpose of this proposal is to develop a strategy for managing design with the applicant, making it possible to increase the competitiveness and further growth of the company. In addition, the purpose of cooperation with business environment institutions will also be to develop the objectives of the new governance model, with a particular focus on matters relating to the future of the business. Wzornictwo jest istotnym elementem, od którego zależy sukces lub porażka przedsięwzięcia. Ma bezpośredni wpływ na formę produktu, często wpływa na technologię, cenę, procesy organizacyjne towarzyszące produkcji, a coraz częściej na cechy innowacyjne produktu. Największe efekty w zakresie wzornictwa przynoszą działania kompleksowe – nakierowane nie tylko na rozwój wzoru konkretnego produktu czy usługi, ale także na działania związane z zarządzaniem wzornictwem w przedsiębiorstwie. Celem niniejszego wniosku jest opracowanie strategii związanej z zarządzaniem designem w firmie Wnioskodawcy, dzięki czemu możliwe będzie podniesienie konkurencyjności i dalszy wzrost firmy. Ponadto, przedmiotem współpracy z IOB będzie także opracowanie założeń nowego modelu zarządzania, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem spraw związanych dalszym funkcjonowaniem firmy. Zakłada się przeprowadzenia analizy due dilligence dzięki której możlwa będzie zmiana formy organizacyjnej (Polish)
