The project aims at buying an advisory service to develop a strategy to improve existing products and expand the company’s product portfolio. The applicant is active in the area of healthy living and healthy food. The company’s main product is fully automated, the annual greenhouse gas. We continue to reduce the “carbon record paper” in food production and to minimise the consumption of energy and raw materials in order to maintain the best possible environmental status. The firm’s bid is a product innovation on a European scale. The product is addressed to all food and horticultural dishes, higher classes of the average population, hotels and restaurants, especially food and agriculture schools. The project is in line with the growing need for access to healthy, organic food. Indeed, there is an increase in awareness of healthy lifestyle and healthy eating societies in the world. This is evidenced, inter alia, by: increase in the number of culinary TV programmes, urban gardening, agricultural markets, and the Renaissance of allotments. The planned advisory service will comprise the following elements which are at the same time the specific tasks of this project and the specific objectives of: (1) The development of a technological audit of the products of the company (2), the development of a business and business audit of new company implementation projects (3), the development of a strategy for the construction of a portfolio of new products (4), the development of a strategy for the financing of the company’s implementation projects. The contracting authority and the beneficiary of the service are the applicant. The contractor is accredited to the Mazowieckie Body for Business Business, i.e. BTM Innovations sp. z o.o. (English)

    Projekt ma na celu zakup usługi doradczej polegającej na opracowaniu strategii ulepszenia istniejących produktów i rozszerzenia portfolio produktowego przedsiębiorstwa. Wnioskodawca działa w obszarze zdrowego trybu życia i zdrowej żywności. Głównym produktem firmy jest w pełni zautomatyzowana, całoroczna szklarnia. Nieustannie dążymy do redukowania "carbon foot print" w produkcji żywności oraz minimalizacji zużywanej energii i surowców w celu zachowania jak najlepszego stanu środowiska. Oferta firmy stanowi innowację produktową na skalę europejską. Produkt skierowany jest do wszystkich pasjonatów ogrodnictwa i rolnictwa, wyższej klasy średniej społeczeństwa, hoteli i restauracji, szkół zwłaszcza kulinarnych i rolniczych. Projekt odpowiada na rosnącą potrzebę dostępu do zdrowej, ekologicznej żywności. Na świecie obserwuje się bowiem wzrost świadomości społeczeństw dotyczący zdrowego trybu życia i związanego z nim zdrowego odżywiania. Świadczą o tym m.in. zjawiska takie jak: wzrost ilości telewizyjnych programów kulinarnych, ogrodnictwo miejskie, targi rolnicze i renesans ogródków działkowych. Na zaplanowaną usługę doradczą składać będą się następujące elementy stanowiące jednocześnie poszczególne zadania w niniejszym projekcie oraz cele szczegółowe: (1) opracowanie audytu technologicznego produktów przedsiębiorstwa (2) opracowanie audytu technologiczno-biznesowego nowych projektów wdrożeniowych przedsiębiorstwa (3) opracowanie strategii budowy portfolio nowych produktów (4) opracowanie strategii finansowania projektów wdrożeniowych przedsiębiorstwa. Zamawiającym i beneficjentem usługi jest Wnioskodawca. Wykonawcą usługi z kolei jest akredytowana Mazowiecka Jednostka Otoczenia Biznesu - tj. BTM Innovations sp. z o.o. (Polish)
