The project will provide specialised advisory services of a pro-development nature aimed at supporting the development of Igness Sp. z o.o.. External advisory services will be provided by an accredited Innovation Centre (Business Surrounding Institution) with extensive experience in providing innovation advisory services. The applicant intends to implement technological innovations: 1) in the form of a new product, 2) optimise the business processes taking place in the enterprise (organisational and operational changes) and 3) implement the company’s development strategy based on the IOB recommendation. The applicant does not have staff resources prepared in substance to develop in-depth analytical work, which would form the basis for a decision on the implementation of these innovations. To this end, the applicant intends to use advisory services provided by a specialised innovation centre. The scope of advisory services will include a detailed analysis of the applicant’s innovative business needs in relation to the planned implementation of product and process innovation and support for the implementation of product and process innovation by the Applicant. The project concerns product innovation linked to the introduction of a new and innovative product to the domestic and international markets. The Igness Day Lighting (IDL) project will include consulting in developing documentation related to the development of a modern indoor lighting system in residential, industrial and public buildings. The IDL lighting system is based on the transmission of sunlight between the solar collector located on the outside of the building, the fibre duct system, the relay modules, and the dispersing lamps in the interior. W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane specjalistyczne usługi doradcze o charakterze prorozwojowym mające na celu wsparcie rozwoju firmy Igness Sp. z o.o.. Zewnętrzne usługi doradcze będą świadczone przez akredytowany ośrodek innowacji (Instytucja Otoczenia Biznesu) posiadający bogate doświadczenie w realizacji usług doradczych w zakresie innowacji. Wnioskodawca zamierza wdrożyć innowacje technologiczne: 1) w postaci nowego produktu, 2) dokonać optymalizacji procesów biznesowych zachodzących w przedsiębiorstwie (zmiany organizacyjno-operacyjne) oraz 3) wdrożyć strategię rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa w oparciu o rekomendację IOB. Wnioskodawca nie posiada zasobów kadrowych przygotowanych merytorycznie do opracowania pogłębionych prac analitycznych, które stałyby się podstawą do podjęcia decyzji na temat wdrożenia wspomnianych innowacji. W tym celu Wnioskodawca zamierza skorzystać z usług doradczych świadczonych przez specjalistyczny ośrodek innowacji. Zakres usług doradczych będzie obejmować szczegółową analizę innowacyjnych potrzeb biznesowych Wnioskodawcy w odniesieniu do planowanego wdrożenia innowacji produktowej i procesowej oraz wsparcie we wdrożeniu innowacji produktowej i procesowej przez Wnioskodawcę. Projekt dotyczy innowacji produktowej związanej z wprowadzeniem nowego i innowacyjnego produktu na rynek krajowy i międzynarodowy. Projekt Igness Day Lighting (IDL). będzie obejmował doradztwo w opracowaniu dokumentacji związanej z opracowaniem nowoczesnego systemu oświetlenia wewnętrznego w budynkach mieszkalnych, przemysłowych oraz użyteczności publicznej. System oświetlenia IDL jest oparty o przekazywanie światła słonecznego pomiędzy kolektorem światła słonecznego znajdującym się na zewnętrznej części budynku, systemem kanałów światłowodowych, modułami przekaźników, a lampami rozpraszającymi w pomieszczeniach wewnętrznych.
