The main objective of the project is to increase competitiveness and improve the quality and efficiency of P.P.H.U. “Pod Różami” (Companies), thanks to high-quality, specialised advisory services provided by IOB and in line with the identified needs of the Company and the market, which will consist of developing a company’s development strategy, in particular development strategies based on innovative solutions, as well as forecasting, allowing to determine the directions of further development and organisation and management of the Company. With many years of experience in conducting business activities, mainly hotel and catering and food services, having the right facilities, staff and developed position on the local market, the Company would like to improve the quality of the services provided, introduce new, innovative services, focused on healthy and active lifestyles, as well as the production and sale of safe and healthy high-quality food. At the same time, the Company plans to expand the market for its services, gain new customers both at home and abroad, improve the company’s organisation and management, also using Information and Communication Technologies. This will be achieved by using a voucher for specialist advice and the provision of these services by the IOB. The scope of the advisory service will cover all business areas of the Company – strategic and operational management based on innovative solutions, new customer groups and creating market needs for innovative products and services. Advisory services will be related to the development of development strategies, business plan and specialist, diagnostic services that improve management. Advice will be carried out by expert and moderation methods, first through the diagnostic, identification and creation stage. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności oraz podniesienie jakości i efektywności P.P.H.U. “Pod Różami” (Firmy), dzięki wysokiej jakości, specjalistycznym usługom doradczym świadczonym przez IOB i zgodnym ze zidentyfikowanymi potrzebami Firmy i rynku, które to usługi polegać będą na opracowaniu strategii rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, w szczególności strategii rozwoju w oparciu o innowacyjne rozwiązania, a także prognozowaniu, pozwalającym na określenie kierunków dalszego rozwoju oraz organizacją i zarządzaniem Firmą warunkującym dalszy jej rozwój. Dysponując wieloletnim doświadczeniem w prowadzeniu działalności gospodarczej, głównie hotelarsko-gastronomiczno-spożywczej, posiadając odpowiednie zaplecze, kadrę i wyrobiona pozycję na lokalnym rynku, Firma chciałabym podnieść jakość świadczonych usług, wprowadzić nowe, innowacyjne usługi, skoncentrowane na zdrowym i aktywnym stylu życia oraz produkcji i sprzedaży bezpiecznej i zdrowej żywności o wysokiej jakości. Jednocześnie Firma planuje rozszerzyć rynek zbytu swoich usług, zyskać nowych klientów zarówno w kraju, jak i za granicą, poprawić efektywność organizacji i zarządzania Firmą, również przy użyciu Technologii Informacyjno-Komunikacyjnych. Powyższe zostanie osiągnięte poprzez skorzystanie z bonu na doradztwo specjalistyczne i realizację tych usług przez IOB. Zakres usługi doradczej będzie obejmował wszystkie obszary działalności Firmy – zarządzanie strategiczne i operacyjne w oparciu o innowacyjne rozwiązania, nowe grupy klientów i kreowanie potrzeb rynku na innowacyjne produkty i usługi. Usługi doradcze będą związane z opracowaniem strategii rozwoju, biznes planu i usług specjalistycznych, diagnostycznych o charakterze usprawniającym zarządzanie. Doradztwo będzie realizowane metodą ekspercką i moderacyjną, najpierw poprzez etap diagnostyczny, identyfikacyjny, następnie kreacyjny.
