The aim of the project is to purchase an advisory service consisting of developing a strategy of implementation on a comprehensive implementation strategy in the form of glasses protecting against laser rays in medical treatments. Protective glasses are used to ensure proper safety of the eye organ wherever laser beams are used. It is worth mentioning, among others, military, heavy, automotive, chemical and scientific research. There is also a high market share in medical applications, where both the practitioner and the patient must be protected. Among the most popular medical procedures performed using lasers are surgery in the areas of dermatology, dentistry, ophthalmology, or soft tissue surgery. In particular, dermatological treatments such as: hair removal, scarring, wrinkles, varicose veins, tattoos, or laser liposuction. The Applicant’s technology enables the creation of glasses that protect against laser beams in a wide spectrum range, without dimming the field of vision. It is therefore possible to use the same pair of glasses with different types of lasers and different power. This, in turn, gives space to use one pair of glasses even for several different types of treatments, including those requiring high precision and good visual brightness. The planned advisory service will consist of the following elements constituting at the same time individual tasks in this project and specific objectives: (1) carrying out a patent analysis on target markets (2) carrying out an analysis of the technical specifications of competing products (3) conducting an analysis of the level of prices of similar products on the market (4) to perform an analysis of optimal distribution channels (5) to develop a product certification strategy in the target markets. The awarding entity and the beneficiary of the service shall be the Applicant. Projekt ma na celu zakup usługi doradczej polegającej na opracowaniu strategi wdrożenia na kompleksowej strategii wdrożenia produktu w postaci okularów chroniących przed promieniami lasera w zabiegach medycznych. Okulary ochronne używane są do zapewnienia odpowiedniego bezpieczeństwa narządu wzroku wszędzie tam gdzie wykorzystuje się wiązkę promieni lasera. Warto tutaj wymienić m.in. przemysł wojskowy, ciężki, samochodowy, chemiczny, badania naukowe. Duży udział w rynku mają również zastosowania medyczne, gdzie chroniony musi być zarówno wykonujący zabieg lekarz, jaki i pacjent. Wśród najpopularniejszych procedur medycznych wykonywanych z użyciem lasera są zabiegi z obszaru dermatologii, stomatologii, okulistyki, czy też chirurgii tkanek miękkich. W szczególności dynamicznie rozwijają się zabiegi dermatologiczne takiej jak: usuwanie włosów, blizn, zmarszczek, żylaków, tatuaży, czy też liposukcja laserowa. Technologia Wnioskodawcy umożliwia stworzenie okularów chroniących przed wiązką lasera w szerokim zakresie widma, bez przyciemnienia pola widzenia. Tym samym możliwe jest stosowanie tej samej pary okularów z różnymi typami laserów i o różnej mocy. Daje to z kolei przestrzeń do zastosowania jednej pary okularów nawet do kilku różnych typów zabiegów, także tych wymagających dużej precyzji i dobrej jasności widzenia. Na zaplanowaną usługę doradczą składać będą się następujące elementy stanowiące jednocześnie poszczególne zadania w niniejszym projekcie oraz cele szczegółowe: (1) wykonanie analizy patentowej na docelowych rynkach (2) wykonanie analizy specyfikacji technicznej konkurencyjnych produktów (3) wykonanie analizy poziomu cen podobnych produktów na rynku (4) wykonanie analizy optymalnych kanałów dystrybucji (5) opracowanie strategii certyfikacji produktu na docelowych rynkach. Zamawiającym i beneficjentem usługi jest Wnioskodawca. Wykonawcą usługi z kolei jest akredytowana Mazowiecka Jednostka Otoczenia Biznesu - tj. BTM Innovations sp. z o.o. (Polish)
