The project is a response to individually diagnosed needs 6 Vocational Training Schools from Piaseczno, Konstancina Jeziorna, Kalwaria Mountains, Sokolova podl., Goledkowa, whose bodies are: The District Starostwo i MRiRW the most effective solutions for diagnosed development needs of pupils/participants (U) in the field of vocational training and schools, including employers’ expectations and local/regional labour market (diag.-UPEMI) have been established in the period 05-06.17. As a result, the concept of a partner project was developed. Leader – UPEMI organisation with extensive experience in establishing cooperation and linking schools with the socio-economic environment. The project is dedicated to 731 students and 43 teachers from schools: ZS Konstancin, ZSR CKU in Piaseczno, ZSZ in Góra Kalwaria, ZS No 1 in Piaseczno, ZS CKP in Golądków, ZS CKR in Sokołów Podlaski. The support will result in the acquisition/increase by U of the skills expected by employers of the local/regional labour market. The aim of the project is to adapt competences that will make them more attractive as employees, thereby increasing their chances on the labour market. Actions will be strengthened by providing conditions in schools that reflect the natural working environment. These activities will be strengthened by supporting teachers/training staff and providing conditions in schools that reflect the natural working environment.The main forms of support were the implementation of traineeships/training practices, the organisation of additional activities/workshops/special courses, including those conducted at universities, retrofitting of professional workshops and support of teachers. Projekt to odpowiedź na indywidualnie zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie 6 Szkół kształcenia zawodowego z Piaseczna, Konstancina Jeziorna, Góry Kalwarii, Sokołowa Podl., Golądkowa, których organami prowadzącymi jest: Starostwo Powiatowe i MRiRW wyniku spotkań w okresie 05-06.17r dyrekcji szkół z reprezentantami Lidera (dalej UPEMI) ustalono najbardziej efektywne rozwiązania w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów/uczennic (U) w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego jak i szkół, w tym oczekiwań pracodawców i potrzeblokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy (diag.-UPEMI). W efekcie wypracowano koncepcję partnerskiego projektu. Lider - UPEMI organizacja posiadająca bogate doświadczenie w nawiązywaniu współpracy i kojarzenia szkół z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym. Projekt dedykowany jest 731 uczniom i 43 nauczycieli ze szkół: ZS Konstancin, ZSR CKU w Piasecznie, ZSZ w Górze Kalwarii, ZS nr 1 w Piasecznie, ZS CKP w Golądkowie, ZS CKR w Sokołowie Podlaskim. Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności oczekiwanych przez pracodawców lokalnego /regionalnego rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest dostosowanie kompetencyjne które, uatrakcyjni ich jako pracowników, tym samym zwiększą się ich szanse na rynku pracy. Działania zostaną wzmocnione poprzez zapewnienie w szkołach warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne środowisko pracy. Działania powyższe zostaną wzmocnione poprzez wsparcie nauczycieli/ek kształcenia zawodowego oraz zapewnienie w szkołach warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne środowisko pracyZa główne formy wsparcia obrano realizację staży/praktyk zawodowych, organizację dodatkowych zajęć /warsztatów/ kursów specjalistycznych zawodowych w tym prowadzonych na uczelniach, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych oraz wsparcie nauczycieli . Wszystkie formy bezwzględnie będą realizowane na każdym ich etapie w ścisłej współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym w tym przede wszystkim z potencjalnymi pracodawcami absolwentów. (Polish)
