The project is a response to the individually diagnosed demand of ZS Technik No. 1 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki (org. prow.). As a result of meetings during the X-XII15‘s Technical Directorate with representatives of the Union of Meat Industry Manufacturers and Employers (UPEMI), the most effective solutions in terms of diagnosed development needs of pupils/participants (U) in the field of vocational training (diagnosis-school) as well as employers’ expectations and needs of the local/regional labour market (diag.-UPEMI). As a result, the concept of a partner project was developed, the leader of UPEMI as an organisation with extensive experience in establishing cooperation and associating schools with the socio-economic environment. The project is dedicated to U with hearts. T. Hotel & T. Nutrition and gastronomic services. The support will result in the acquisition/increase by U of the competences, skills and professional qualifications expected by employers of the local/regional labour market. The aim of the project is to adapt competences that will make them more attractive as employees, thereby increasing their chances on the labour market. In order to be effective, the community-gosp. environment will be involved from the planning phase of individual forms of support to their implementation. The main forms of support were the implementation of professional internships, the organisation of additional specialised activities, including classes/workshops conducted at universities. The direction of T. hotel and T. ŻiUG did not belong to the deficit or surplus competitions (signal for the first half of 15' PUP Grodziski.) However, on the basis of the analyses carried out (work offerings; studies of WUP – Mazovian Labour Market Observatory, Grodziski PUP-in the area of registration of unemployed graduates, barometer of professions; The “Strategy of Tourism Development in the voivodship until 2020” clearly shows that the graduates of the two professions are in demand in the tourism industry and in the gastr. – so on.The school will continue training in both directions. Projekt to odpowiedź na indywidualnie zdiagnozowane zapotrzebowanie Technikum ZS nr 1 w Grodzisku Mazowieckim (zatw. przez org. prow.). W wyniku spotkań w okresie X-XII15’ dyrekcji Technikum z reprezentantami Unii Producentów i Pracodawców Przemysłu Mięsnego(UPEMI) ustalono najbardziej efektywne rozwiązania w zakresie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów/uczennic (U) w obszarze kształcenia zawodowego (diagnoza-szkoła) oraz oczekiwań pracodawców i potrzeb lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy (diag.-UPEMI). W efekcie wypracowano koncepcję partnerskiego projektu, liderem UPEMI jako organizacja posiadająca bogate doświadczenie. w zakresie nawiązywania współpracy i kojarzenia szkół z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym. Projekt dedykowany jest U z kier. T. Hotelarstwa i T. Żywienia i usług gastronomicznych. Efektem wsparcia będzie nabycie/podniesienie przez U kompetencji, umiejętności i kwalifikacji zawodowych, oczekiwanych przez pracodawców lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy. Celem projektu jest dostosowanie kompetencyjne które, uatrakcyjni ich jako pracowników, tym samym zwiększą się ich szanse na rynku pracy. Aby działania były efektywne zostanie zaangażowane otoczenie społ.-gosp. począwszy od etapu planowania poszczególnych form wsparcia po ich realizację. Za główne formy wsparcia obrano realizację staży zawodowych, organizację dodatkowych zajęć specjalistycznych w tym zajęć/warsztatów prowadzonych na uczelniach. Kierunek T. hotelarstwa oraz T. ŻiUG nie należały (opracowanie sygnalne za I półrocze15' PUP grodziski.) do zawodów deficytowych ani nadwyżkowych. Niemniej na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz (ofert pracy; opracowań WUP - Mazowieckiego Obserwatorium Rynku Pracy, PUP grodziskim-w obszarze rejestracji bezro. absolwentów, barometr zawodów; „Strategii Rozwoju Turystyki w woj. maz. do 2020r”)jednoznacznie wynika, że na absolwentów obu zawodów jest zapotrzebowanie w branży turystycznej oraz gastr.-spoż..Szkoła będzie kontynuować kształcenie na obu kierunkach.
