The subject of the project is the purchase by Eurowafel Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. of advisory services in the field of organisation and management of the enterprise. At the end of 2016, a strategic audit was carried out, which resulted in a recommendation to improve the company’s flexibility and cost efficiency through the implementation of the so-called company. Lean Management as a way of solving current problems as well as effectively exploiting the company’s potential. As part of the advisory service implementing Lean Management, a plan for optimal arrangement of machinery, stations and transport routes is to be implemented. The advisory service is intended to cover the following processes: 1. The process of storing raw materials. 2. Production preparation process. 3. Production process: weighing, mixing, baking, quality testing, confectioning, packing. 4. Warehousing process and shipments. The service is intended to include support for the organisation of work and management of the enterprise according to Lean Management principles, including the implementation of Lean Layout covering these processes. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup przez firmę Eurowafel Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. usługi doradczej w zakresie organizacji i zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Pod koniec 2016 roku wykonano audyt strategiczny, którego wynikiem była rekomendacja, aby poprawić elastyczność oraz efektywność kosztową firmy poprzez wdrożenie w firmie tzw. Lean Management jako sposobu rozwiązania bieżących problemów, a także skutecznego wykorzystania potencjału firmy. W ramach usługi doradczej wdrażającej Lean Management ma zostać wykonany plan optymalnego ułożenia maszyn, stanowisk i dróg transportowych. Usługa doradcza ma dotyczyć poniższych procesów: 1. Proces magazynowania surowców. 2. Proces przygotowania produkcji. 3. Proces produkcji: naważanie, mieszanie, wypiekanie, badanie jakości, konfekcja, pakowanie. 4. Proces magazynowy oraz wysyłek. Usługa ma objąć wsparcie organizacji pracy i zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem według zasad Lean Management, w tym w wykonanie Lean Layout’u obejmującego powyższe procesy. Rezultatem końcowym projektu ma być raport obejmujący Lean Layout oraz wytyczne. (Polish)
