The object of the project is the purchase by Nova Praxis, an advisory service for monitoring and forecasting market trends, in particular marketing analysis of the advisory market and the analysis of direct competition. The aim of the project is to identify the directions for further development of the company, due to the limitation of the current lack of detailed information on the size and trends in the market, customer needs and competition activities. The company plans to adjust its offer to focus efforts and resources on activities with high efficiency in customer acquisition, target group and appropriate marketing channels. It is necessary to build up marketing capacity and competence in which the necessary role will be played by the advisory service, through which the company will receive appropriate information to identify the directions of the company’s development. It is planned to be ok. 245 hours of consultancy in the following areas: market analysis for selected services provided by Nova Praxis. Implementation in the form of a report on market assessment and competition. The report drawn up shall include, inter alia: estimation of the market size in Poland and estimation of the number and scale of companies competing for individual services. b) Developed assumptions for marketing analysis in the field of advisory services market and analysis of direct competition. Implementation in the form of advisory meetings. c) Support in the selection of areas for an in-depth study. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup przez przedsiębiorstwo Nova Praxis, usługi doradczej w zakresie monitorowania i prognozowania trendów rynkowych, w szczególności analizy marketingowej w zakresie rynku usług doradczych oraz analizy bezpośredniej konkurencji. Projekt ma na celu określenie kierunków dalszego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, w związku z ograniczeniem jakim obecnie jest brak szczegółowych informacji na temat rozmiaru i trendów na rynku, potrzeb klientów oraz działań konkurencji. Firma planuje skorygować ofertę, która pozwoli skoncentrować wysiłki i zasoby na działania o dużej skuteczności w pozyskaniu klienta, określenia grupy docelowej i odpowiednich kanałów marketingowych. Konieczne jest zbudowanie potencjału i kompetencji marketingowej w czym niezbędną rolę będzie pełniła usługa doradcza, dzięki której przedsiębiorstwo otrzyma odpowiednie informacje, które pozwolą na określenie kierunków rozwoju firmy. Planowane jest ok. 245 godzin doradztwa w następujących zakresach: a) Analiza rynku na wybrane usługi świadczone przez Nova Praxis. Realizacja w formie raportu oceny rynku i konkurencji. Opracowany raport powinien zawierać między innymi: oszacowanie wielkości rynku w Polsce oraz oszacowanie ilości i skali firm konkurencyjnych dla poszczególnych usług. b) Opracowane założeń do analizy marketingowej w zakresie rynku usług doradczych oraz analizy bezpośredniej konkurencji. Realizacja w formie w formie spotkań doradczych. c) Wsparcie w selekcji obszarów do pogłębionego badania. Realizacja tego zadania w formie w formie spotkań doradczych. d) Opracowanie pogłębionego raportu dotyczącego wybranej firmy konkurencyjnej, z uwzględnieniem szacowania liczby klientów oraz porównania usług z Nova Praxis. Opracowany raport powinien zawierać porównanie wybranych metodyk pomiaru procesów. Realizacja w formie pogłębionego raportu. e) Ustalenie wstępnych rekomendacji dotyczących możliwych dalszych działań marketingowych. Realizacja w formie w formie spotkań doradczy (Polish)
