The project provides for the purchase of fixed assets for starting the production of fibreglass mesh with biocidal properties, used in endless warming systems. The product was developed by the AGH University of Science and Technology on behalf of the Applicant as part of the implementation of the project co-financed by measure 2.3 Proinnovative business services, sub-measure 2.3.2 Bony for innovation for SMEs. Compared to solutions available on the market, the new product will have an additional bioactive layer based on nanoparticles of copper and silver on its entire surface, which will protect both the mesh itself and the entire facade or finish structure. The protection will penetrate to a depth of up to 5 mm into the surrounding layers of materials. It should be emphasised that fiberglass mesh is an essential element of the warming system, any potential investor wishing to perform a traditional warming method is forced to purchase such a product. As part of the technology planned for implementation, it is assumed to enrich glass fibre mesh, purchased from its manufacturers in the technological sequence designed by AGH, preparation for distribution and sale, both to final customers and to other entities in the construction and commercial sectors. The technical specification of the systems forming part of the technological line and of all equipment necessary for the production of grids is specified and is indicated in Part F of the application. The applicant is the owner of a hall which will be used as a production space during the implementation of the project and its durability. The implementation of the project will enable the Applicant to increase competitiveness, start production activity and contribute to the development of the region thanks to the implementation of a new, innovative solution.     W ramach projektu przewidziany jest zakup środków trwałych służących do uruchomienia produkcji siatki z włókna szklanego o właściwościach biobójczych, stosowanej w bezspoinowych systemach ociepleniowych. Produkt został opracowany przez Akademię GórniczoHutniczą na zlecenie Wnioskodawcy w ramach realizacji projektu współfinansowanego z działania 2.3 Proinnowacyjne usługi dla przedsiębiorstw, poddziałanie 2.3.2 Bony na innowacje dla MŚP. Nowy produkt w porównaniu z rozwiązaniami dostępnymi na rynku posiadać będzie dodatkową warstwę bioaktywną opartą na nanocząsteczkach miedzi i srebra na całej swojej powierzchni, która zabezpieczać będzie zarówno samą siatkę, jak i całą strukturę elewacji lub wykończenia. Zabezpieczenie wnikać będzie na głębokość do 5 mm w głąb otaczających siatkę warstw materiałów. Należy podkreślić, iż siatka z włókna szklanego jest niezbędnym elementem systemu ocieplenia, każdy potencjalny inwestor chcący wykonać ocieplenie metodą tradycyjną jest zmuszony nabyć taki produkt. W ramach planowanej do wdrożenia technologii, zakłada się wzbogacanie siatki z włókien szklanych, nabywanej od jej producentów w zaprojektowanym przez AGH ciągu technologicznym, przygotowanie do dystrybucji i sprzedaż, zarówno klientom końcowym, jak i innym podmiotom w branży budowlanej i handlowej. Specyfikacja techniczna układów wchodzących w skład linii technologicznej oraz wszystkich urządzeń niezbędnych do produkcji siatki została określona i jest wskazana w części F wniosku. Wnioskodawca jest właścicielem hali, która w trakcie realizacji projektu i okresie jego trwałości zostanie wykorzystana jako przestrzeń produkcyjna. Realizacja projektu pozwoli Wnioskodawcy na wzrost konkurencyjności, rozpoczęcie działalności produkcyjnej oraz przyczyni się do rozwoju regionu dzięki wdrożeniu do produkcji nowego, innowacyjnego rozwiązania.
