The subject of this project is the creation of 44 new pre-school facilities in the existing pre-school education centre (PP No 3) adapting and equipping these places according to the needs of children, including 5 children with special educational needs (SPE). The project will support 25 children from the SPE (PP No 2, 3 and 4) through a special therapeutic programme, equalising the deficits resulting from the incomplete and all children (210) attending kindergarten No 2-6 in the area of Błonie with additional development activities supplementing the pre-school education programme in the school year 2018/2019. The project involves the support of 22 pre-primary education teachers (N) employed in the above mentioned school. PLP, in order to improve their qualifications and professional competences, in particular with children from the SPE. The implementation of support for all PLOs supported was preceded by a prepared and validated diagnosis by the lead authority, i.e. Błonie in 14.02.2018. The supported PLOs shall function for at least one year preceding the day of submission of the DOF application. (Crit. 2. The project is implemented exclusively for the benefit of existing pre-school centres from rural and/or medium-sized areas, including in particular middle towns losing socio-economic functions. (Crit.prem.2). The scope of support within the project is determined on the basis of the individually diagnosed needs of pre-school education centres for pre-school education services in the area of project implementation. (3) The activities planned in the project contribute directly to the achievement of the main objective. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest stworzenie 44 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego, w istniejącym ośrodku wychowania przedszkolnego (PP nr 3) dostosowanie i wyposażenie tych miejsc zgodnie z potrzebami dzieci, w tym 5 dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi (SPE). Projekt obejmie wsparciem 25 dzieci z SPE (PP nr 2, 3 i 4) poprzez specjalny program terapeutyczny, wyrównujący deficyty wynikające z niepeł. oraz wszystkie dzieci (210) uczęszczające do przedszkoli nr 2-6 na terenie gm. Błonie dodatkowymi zajęciami rozwojowymi uzupełniającymi program wychowania przedszkolnego w roku szkolnym 2018/2019. Projekt zakłada wsparcie 22 nauczycieli(N) wychowania przedszkolnego zatrudnionych w ww. OWP, celem podniesienia ich kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawod., w szczególności z dziećmi ze SPE. Realizacja wsparcia na rzecz wszystkich OWP objętych wsparciem poprzedzona była przygotowaną i zatwierdzoną diagnozą przez organ prowadzący, tj. gm. Błonie w 14.02.2018 r. Objęte wsparciem OWP funkcjonują przez okres przynajmniej jednego roku poprzedzającego dzień złożenia wniosku o dof. (kryt. dost. 2). Projekt jest realizowany wyłącznie na rzecz istniejących ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego z terenów wiejskich lub/i z terenu miast średnich, w tym w szczególności miast średnich tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze. (kryt.prem.2). Zakres wsparcia w ramach projektu jest określony na podstawie indywidualnie zdiagnozowanego zapotrzebowania ośrodków wychowania przedszkolnego na usługi w zakresie edukacji przedszkolnej na obszarze realizacji projektu. (kryt.dost.3)Działania zaplanowane w projekcie przyczyniają się w sposób bezpośredni do realizacji celu głównego. Wszystkie działania związane z kształceniem, edukacją oraz wyrównywaniem kompetencji społecznych zaplanowane w projekcie przyczynią się do pozytywnej realizacji zasady zrównoważonego rozwoju (Polish)
