The main objective of the project is to improve the availability of childcare services under the age of 3 by creating and operating 50 new places in the newly established nursery branch in Radom by 31.08.2019, which will allow the return to employment of 50 (48K,2M) residents, GM Radom in Mazowieckie Voivodeship, taking care of children up to the age of 3. The target gr shall be: 50 (48K,2M) parents/carers/children up to 3 years of residents/units of Mazowieckie Voivodeship, GM Radom, including: 23 people working in the middle of a break related to the upbringing of the child and 27 people who are unemployed. 3 tasks are planned: 1 Establishment of 50 childcare facilities under the age of 3 • Customisation • Equipment in furniture, equipment, toys and teaching aids.2 Childcare – carers’ salaries, nurses/three and other costs related to care Tasks 3 speech therapy – employment costs, the purchase of teaching aid The following functions will be performed as part of the care: nursing, educational and educational. The children will be provided with all-day food. In addition to basic childcare will be conducted in the nursery. 2gr. x 1h x 4 weeks.x11 months= 88h, Project implementation period: III 2018- VIII 2019. Free childcare provided from 6.30 to 16.30 from Monday to Friday. The project leads to an increase in childcare facilities under the age of 3 run by the Applicant from 100 (in 2016) to 150 (5 K.D.). Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa dostępności do usług świadczących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 przez stworzenie i funkcjonowanie 50 nowych miejsc w nowopowstałej filii żłobka w Radomiu do 31.08.2019r, co umożliwi powrót do zatrudnienia 50 (48K,2M) mieszkańcom/kom, GM Radomia w woj. mazowieckim, sprawującym opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Gr docelową stanowi: 50 (48K,2M) rodziców/opiekunów/ek dzieci do 3 r.ż. mieszkańców/nek woj. mazowieckiego, GM Radom, w tym: 23 os pracujące, będące w trakcie przerwy związanej z wychowaniem dziecka i 27 osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia. Zaplanowano realizację 3 zadań: Zad.1 Utworzenie 50 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 • Dostosowanie pomieszczeń • Wyposażenie żłobka w meble, sprzęt, zabawki oraz pomoce dydaktyczne Zad.2 Opieka nad dzieckiem - wynagrodzenie opiekunek/ów, pielęgniarki/rzy oraz pozostałe koszty związane z opieką Zad.3 Zajęcia logopedyczne – koszty zatrudnienia, zakup pomocy dydaktycznych W ramach opieki realizowane będą funkcje: opiekuńcza, wychowawcza oraz edukacyjna. Dzieci będą miały zapewnione całodzienne wyżywienie. Oprócz podstawowej opieki nad dziećmi będą prowadzone w żłobku Zajęcia logopedyczne: 2gr. x 1h x 4 tyg.x11 mies.= 88h, Okres realizacji projektu: III 2018- VIII 2019. Bezpłatna opieka nad dziećmi prowadzona w godz.6.30-16.30. od poniedziałku do piątku. Projekt prowadzi do zwiększenia liczby miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 prowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę ze 100 (w 2016 r) na 150 (5 K.D). Skala działań i nakładów w zakresie prowadzonej przez żłobek opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 przed projektem i w trakcie realizacji nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu.Gmina Miasta Radomia - Wnioskodawca Projektu oświadcza, że nie należy do gmin wchodzących w skład ZIT WOF (4K.D). Wnioskodawca gwarantuje osiągnięcie obowiązkowych wskaźników rezultatu bezpośredniego na wymaganym poziomie (6 K.D). (Polish)
