The project aims to increase employment of inactive persons aged 30+, belonging to disadvantaged groups living in rural areas of Płock county, through the implementation of the educational and vocational activation programme. This programme will include the diagnosis of the individual situation of each participant, vocational guidance, a series of training courses (including the acquisition of qualifications in cases) and the implementation of internships in renowned enterprises from the Płock subregion. The aim of the project support is to increase the motivation of participants to enter/return into the labour market, to make the benefits of raising skills and qualifications easier, and to facilitate the acquisition of experience o. through traineeships for 70 % of the most motivated participants. A comprehensive cycle of support will increase the chances of gaining and maintaining employment, and the assumed employment efficiency indicators will affect the finding of employment by 38 % of people aged 50+, 44 % of women, 38 % with disabilities, 34 % of people with low qualifications. The actions envisaged are a response to the needs of the local labour market, employers and potential participants themselves. The support will be taken into account strategic sectors for Mazovia – the sector of white and green economy. In these 2 sectors there will be a process of education and improvement of employers. The project will be supported by a partnership with the Płocki Region Economic Chamber, which brings together the 96 most significant and reputable companies from the ter. subregion. IGRP will be responsible for the organisation of jobs for trainees and will confirm the guarantee of achieving employment efficiency indicators. Indicators for the project will include the number of passive persons working after leaving the programme; the number of persons qualified after leaving the programme; number of people who have taken up employment. The project complies with the principle of equal opportunities K and M, the principle of non-discrimination, sustainability.development and aims at supporting white gosp. and environmental protection.
