A specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems that will be identified and specified in the Individual Action Plan. Grupę docelową projektu stanowić będzie ogółem 399 osób (187 kobiet, 212 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołomińskim. Wśród otoczonych wsparciem znajdzie się: - 80 osób (40 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn) długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 50 osób (10 kobiet, 40 mężczyzn) w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - 2 osoby (1 kobieta, 1 mężczyzna) z niepełnosprawnościami, - 168 osób (40 kobiet, 128 mężczyzn) o niskich kwalifikacjach do poziomu ICED 3, - 3 osoby (3 mężczyzn) bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat. Każdemu uczestnikowi przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych, które zostaną u niego zidentyfikowane i określone w Indywidualnym Planie Działania.
