The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Sochaczew district. The target group of the project consists of a total of 228 people (including 118 women and 110 men) aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Sochaczew district, including: 1. persons aged 50 and over- a total of 17 people (7 women, 10 men), 2. persons with disabilities – total 1 person(1 female, 0 men), 3. long-term unemployed – total 18 people (8 women, 10 men), 4. low-skilled persons – total 142 persons (52 women, 90 men), 5. women-total 118. As part of the project, for each participant, i.e. for 228 people, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented, preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant, including through the elaboration/updating of the Individual Action Plan (IPD). On this basis, PUP Sochaczew will implement support in the form of services and instruments of the labour market, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions and relevant regulations implementing this Act.     Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 228 osób (w tym 118 kobiet i 110 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim, w tym: 1. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej- ogółem 17 osób (7 kobiet, 10 mężczyzn), 2. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - ogółem 1 osoba(1 kobieta, 0 mężczyzn), 3. osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - ogółem 18 osób ( 8 kobiet, 10 mężczyzn), 4. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - ogółem 142 osoby (52 kobiety, 90 mężczyzn), 5. kobiety- ogółem 118. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika/uczestniczki, czyli dla 228 osób przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona zostanie pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu, m.in. poprzez opracowanie/aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania (IPD). Na tej podstawie PUP Sochaczew realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy i odpowiednich rozporządzeń wykonawczych do tej Ustawy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzownych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim. (Polish)
