The target group of the project consists of a total of 249 people (93 women, 156 men) aged 30 and above belonging to de-favoured groups without work in the district of Garvolin, for whom the I and II profiles have been identified, including: 1. 149 people (62 women, 87 men) who will receive support in the project, including: 1.1 people aged 50 and over – 38 persons (12 women, 26 men), 1.2 persons with disabilities – 2 (1 female, 1 male), 1.3 low-skilled people – 98 (35 women, 63 men); 1.4 long-term unemployed – 78 people (25 women, 53 men); 2. 100 people (30 women, 70 men) who will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures for starting a business (after prior application of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project envisages increasing the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to de-favoured groups without work in the district of Garvolin. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 ‘Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. This project is compatible with the PUP project notification card, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 249 osób (93 kobiet, 156 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup de faworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie garwolińskim, dla których został określony I i II profil pomocy, w tym: 1. 149 osoby (62 kobiety, 87 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie, w tym: 1.1 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 38 osób (12 kobiet, 26 mężczyzn), 1.2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - 2 osoby (1 kobieta, 1 mężczyzna), 1.3 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - 98 osób (35 kobiet, 63 mężczyzn); 1.4 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 78 osoby (25 kobiet, 53 mężczyzn); 2. 100 osób (30kobiet, 70 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej ( po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup de faworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie garwolińskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 "Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy"). Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. (Polish)
