The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Sochaczew district. The target group of the project consists of a total of 224 people (117 women, 107 men) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in the Sochaczew district for whom the I or II profile of the aid has been identified, including: 1. 172 people (96 women, 76 men) who will receive support in the project, including: 1.1 people aged 50 and over – 60 people (31 women, 29 men), 1.2 persons with disabilities – 8 (6 women, 2 men), 1.3 long-term unemployed – 89 people (55 women, 34 men) 2. 52 people (21 women, 31 men) who will receive support in the project only in the form of one-off measures to start a business (after prior application of labour market services). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation for each participant will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, PUP will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project envisages increasing the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the Sochaczew district. The project is in line with the specific objective of WM 2014-2020 ‘Increased employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market’. This project is compatible with the PUP project notification card, which is the basis for the inclusion of the project in the List of projects identified under the non-competitive mode. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią ogółem 224 osoby (117 kobiet, 107 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim, dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy, w tym: 1. 172 osoby (96 kobiet, 76 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie, w tym: 1.1 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej- 60 osób (31 kobiet, 29 mężczyzn), 1.2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - 8 osób (6 kobiet, 2 mężczyzn), 1.3 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 89 osób (55 kobiet, 34 mężczyzn) 2. 52 osoby (21 kobiet, 31 mężczyzn), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie wyłącznie w postaci jednorazowych środków na podjecie działalności gospodarczej (po uprzednim zastosowaniu usług rynku pracy). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona zostanie analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika (IPD). Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzownych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sochaczewskim. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WM 2014-2020 "Wzrost zatrudnienia osób, które zostały zidentyfikowane jako zagrożone na rynku pracy". Niniejszy projekt jest zgodny z kartą zgłoszenia projektu PUP stanowiącą podstawę ujęcia projektu w Wykazie projektów zidentyfikowanych w ramach trybu pozakonkursowego. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzontalnymi, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. (Polish)
