Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w Szydłowcu. Grupą docelową projektu jest 338 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w Szydłowcu dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 93 os. (52K 41M), osoby niepełnosprawne 18 os. (10K 8M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 243 os. (136K 107M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Urząd Pracy w Szydłowcu realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
