Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie piaseczyńskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 204 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie piaseczyńskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 72 os. (31k,41m), osoby niepełnosprawne 9 os. (4k,5m) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 110 os. (52k,58m). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Piasecznie realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy.
