The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in the Siedlce County and the city of Siedlce. The target group of the project is 227 people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups without a job in the Siedlce County and the city of Siedlce for whom the I or II profile of the aid has been defined. In the target group of the project are: people over 50 years of age 64 people. (28K 36M), 32 persons with disabilities (15K 17M) and long-term unemployed 115 persons. (71K 44M). As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie siedleckim i mieście Siedlce . Grupą docelową projektu jest 227 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie siedleckim i mieście Siedlce dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 64 os. (28K 36M), osoby niepełnosprawne 32 os (15K 17M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 115 os. (71K 44M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
