The implementation of the project involves comprehensive and integrated actions for the local community and the economy, in order to get the area out of crisis. The planned revitalisation process provides for interventions in the most important aspects of the functioning of the municipality: society and the economy. It should be noted that the programme’s stakeholders are persons, institutions or groups of them, directly or indirectly affected by the Revitalisation Programme. The projects indicated in the project are listed in the Local Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Sochaczew for the years 2017-2023 Mazowiecka Bzury Valley – development of the Bzura area in Sochaczew – stage II – exposing the historical and cultural values of the city – basic project 5 (to a limited extent) The management of the Bzura quay – basic project 6 The project consists of three tasks, which are presented below: Task 1 Development of the Bzury waterfront stage II-V Task 2 Modernisation of the Harbour Building Task 3 Thermomodernisation of the Museum building the investment generates 3 of the listed effects 1. increase accessibility to social services; 2. increase the employment of persons living in the area indicated in the revitalisation programme; The area will be used for business activity. The applicant will actively promote the employment of persons registered in the Labour Office as unemployed persons for activities carried out in that area. It is planned to introduce discounts in the trade fair fee for entrepreneurs who will show that they have hired new people from this area. 3. making space available for business activities of a service and commercial nature (excluding large-scale facilities), including sales, the project assumes an increase in energy efficiency of thermal modernisation of buildings by at least 25 %, which was confirmed by an energy audit. Realizacja projektu zakłada kompleksowe i zintegrowane działania na rzecz społeczności lokalnej i gospodarki, w celu wyprowadzenia obszaru ze stanu kryzysowego. Zaplanowany proces rewitalizacji przewiduje interwencje w najistotniejsze aspekty funkcjonowania gminy: społeczeństwo i gospodarkę. Należy zaznaczyć, że interesariuszami programu są osoby, instytucje lub ich grupy, na które bezpośrednio lub pośrednio oddziałuje Program Rewitalizacji.
