Theatrical and St. Asłanowicza, – construction of exits, roads and parking spaces, – demolition works and land development around the building. Investments in infrastructure, planned under this project, are a tool for socio-economic change in the revitalised area and not their main objective. The subject of the project is to create conditions for social and economic activation of the local community in the revitalised area by revaluation of the building IV L O named Hetman St. Żółkiewski in Siedlce. The main objective of the project is to restore the building of the IV High School of Hetman Stanisław Żółkiewski to perform socio-economic functions (including education) in the degraded area. The revitalisation activities of the project are part of planned and coordinated processes aimed at reversing the negative trends in the crisis area, which is the centre of the city of Siedlce. The area numbered 9/21 was designated in the Local Revitalisation Plan of the City of Siedlce for the years 2016-2020. The project, prepared in accordance with the principles of universal design, will be carried out as part of the above-mentioned investment tasks, for which design documentation has been developed and the necessary construction permits have been obtained. Projekt rewaloryzacji zabytkowego budynku IV Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Hetmana St. Żółkiewskiego w Siedlcach przy ul. St. Konarskiego 1 w zakresie infrastrukturalnym polega m.in. na: - przebudowie i remoncie istniejącego budynku, - budowie łącznika,- budowie sieci kanalizacji deszczowej i przyłącza wodno-kanalizacyjnego, - przebudowie linii energetycznych kablowych średniego i niskiego napięcia oraz stacji transformatorowej wnętrzowej, - budowie zalicznikowej linii zasilającej i oświetlenia terenu, - budowie sieci kanalizacji deszczowej w ul. Teatralnej i ul. Asłanowicza, - budowie zjazdu, drogi i miejsc parkingowych, - pracach rozbiórkowych i zagospodarowaniu terenu wokół budynku. Inwestycje w infrastrukturę, planowane w ramach przedmiotowego projektu, są narzędziem zmian społeczno-gospodarczych na obszarze rewitalizowanym a nie ich głównym celem. Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie warunków do aktywizacji społeczno-gospodarczej społeczności lokalnej na obszarze rewitalizowanym poprzez rewaloryzację budynku IV L O im. Hetmana St. Żółkiewskiego w Siedlcach. Celem głównym projektu jest przywrócenie budynku IV Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. Hetmana Stanisława Żółkiewskiego do pełnienia funkcji społeczno-gospodarczych (w tym oświatowych) na obszarze zdegradowanym. Działania rewitalizacyjne w ramach projektu są elementem zaplanowanych i skoordynowanych procesów, ukierunkowanych na odwrócenie negatywnych trendów zachodzących w obszarze kryzysowym, którym jest centrum miasta Siedlce. Obszar oznaczony numerem 9/21 został wyznaczony w Lokalnym Planie Rewitalizacji Miasta Siedlce na lata 2016-2020. Projekt, przygotowany zgodnie z zasadami projektowania uniwersalnego, będzie realizowany w ramach w/w zadań inwestycyjnych, dla których opracowano dokumentację projektową oraz uzyskano niezbędne prawem pozwolenia na budowę. Projekt jest wykonalny technicznie, technologicznie i organizacyjnie. (Polish)
