Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępu do oferty kulturalno - artystyczno – edukacyjnej dla wszystkich mieszkańców gminy Teresin oraz turystów. W ramach projektu wykonane zostaną następujące działania: ? - remont i adaptacja z przebudową istniejących pomieszczeń przeznaczonych na klub dyskusyjny, integrację międzypokoleniową, spotkania Seniorów, warsztaty plastyczne, filmowe; ? - wybranie ziemi spod tarasu, w celu utworzenia pomieszczenia kina; ? - utworzenie nad salą kinową tarasu, na którym w okresie letnim planuje się wstawiać scenę zrobioną na wymiar; ? - adaptacja istniejących pomieszczeń na parterze: na bibliotekę, herbaciarnię z funkcją poczekalni i czytelni, salę multimedialną, kasę biletową, pomieszczenia magazynowe, oraz toalety; ? - dostosowanie klatek schodowych do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, poprzez instalacje platformy; ? - adaptacja istniejących pomieszczeń na poddaszu na salki włosko-polskie, kotłownię, pomieszczenie socjalne, oraz magazyny; ? wymiana drzwi i okien; ? - modernizacja instalacji sanitarnych (wstawienie pompy ciepła powietrznej skojarzonej z fotowoltaiką oraz wstawieniem kotła gazowego) oraz odgromowych; ? - remont komina oraz dachu; ? - docieplenie dachu oraz ścian zewnętrznych; • zakup trwałego wyposażenia do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej, w tym edukacji artystycznej i zachowaniu dziedzictwa i zwiększeniu dostępności do jego zasobów w przebudowywanych pomieszczeniach ? - zagospodarowanie terenu poprzez urządzenie zieleni oraz urządzenie placu przed budynkiem dworca: • plac z mobilnymi siedziskami oraz stelażami na czasowe wernisaże; • mała architektura; • zieleń w pojemnikach oraz zieleń izolacyjna; • zaprojektowanie oświetlenia placu oraz podświetlenia budynku; • wkomponowanie istniejącego pomnika w projektowany plac ; • usytuowanie miejsc parkingowych na pobliskich działkach. Inwestycja skierowana zostanie w infrastrukturę trwałą. Ponadto przyczyni się ona do zachowania dziedzictwa i zwiększenia (Polish)

The following actions will be carried out within the project: ? — renovation and adaptation with reconstruction of existing rooms for discussion club, intergenerational integration, senior meetings, artistic and film workshops; ? — choosing the land from under the terrace, in order to create a cinema room; ? — the creation of a terrace above the cinema hall, on which during the summer it is planned to insert a stage made into a dimension; ? — adaptation of existing premises on the ground floor: for the library, teahouse with the function of waiting room and reading room, multimedia room, ticket office, storage rooms and toilets; ? — adaptation of stairways to the needs of people with disabilities through platform installations; ? — adaptation of existing premises in the attic to Italian-Polish halls, boiler room, social room, and warehouses; Replacement of doors and windows; ? — modernisation of sanitary installations (input of an air heat pump combined with photovoltaics and insertion of a gas boiler) and lightning; ? — renovation of the chimney and roof; ? — warming of the roof and exterior walls; • purchase of durable equipment to conduct cultural activities, including artistic education and heritage preservation and increasing availability to its resources in reconstructed premises? — land development by means of a greenery device and the installation of a square in front of the station building: • a square with mobile seats and frames for temporary openings; • small architecture; • Green in containers and insulating green; • designing square lighting and building backlights; • integrating the existing monument into the projected square; • location of parking spaces on nearby plots. The investment will be directed towards sustainable infrastructure. In addition, it will contribute to heritage conservation and enhancement (English)
