The main objective of the project is to improve the level of access, dissemination and quality of pre-school education services offered as part of the activities of the Local Government Preschool in the Chamber Achievement of this priority is planned by carrying out a coordinated set of infrastructure activities including: 1)Adobe to the existing kindergarten of a building of 152 m², which will create 3 classrooms (for 75 children) with sanitary facilities and stairwells and a stairway on the south side of the facility in order to comply with applicable safety norms 2) replacement and/or modernisation of internal installations: water – sewerage, sanitary, ventilation, central heating, gas, electrical and teletechnical installations 3)Comprehensive thermomodernisation of the building with the replacement of window and door carpentry (4)exercise of external water – sewerage installation 5) installation of solar and photovoltaic installations and the system of internal and external monitoring activities will be the establishment of the existing school’s restrooms by means of construction of the drainage – drainage building, parking lot of us, spaces of pre-voltaic and eight-year-old recreation of internal and external monitoring facilities. The target group of the project consists of preschool children living in the area of the Izbica commune, with particular attention to children not covered by preschool duties – i.e. ages 3-4 years, as well as parents of these children. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa poziomu dostępu, upowszechniania oraz jakości usług wychowania przedszkolnego oferowanych w ramach działalności Samorządowego Przedszkola w Izbicy Osiągnięcie powyższego priorytetu planowane jest poprzez przeprowadzenie skoordynowanego zestawu działań infrastrukturalnych obejmujących m.in.: 1)dobudowę do istniejącego przedszkola budynku o powierzchni 152m2 w którym utworzone zostaną 3 sale zajęć (dla 75 dzieci) z sanitariatami i klatką schodową oraz dobudowę klatki schodowej od południowej strony obiektu w celu spełniania obowiązujących normatywów bezpieczeństwa 2)wymianę i/lub modernizację instalacji wewnętrznych: wodno - kanalizacyjnej, sanitarnej, wentylacyjnej, instalacji c.o., gazowej, elektrycznej oraz teletechnicznej 3)kompleksową termomodernizację budynku z wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej 4)wykonanie zewnętrznej instalacji wodno - kanalizacyjnej 5)montaż instalacji solarnej i fotowoltaicznej oraz systemu monitoringu wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego 6)zagospodarowanie otoczenia przedszkola poprzez budowę ciągów pieszo - jezdnych, drogi p.poż, ośmiu miejsc parkingowych, rozbiórkę budynku gospodarczego, wydzielenie miejsca do składowania odpadów, nasadzenia drzew i krzewów oraz rozbudowę istniejącego placu zabaw i zakup dodatkowego wyposażenia 7)budowę hydrantu oraz zbiornika przeciwpożarowego na terenie przedszkola Oczekiwanym rezultatem podjętych działań inwestycyjnych będzie utworzenie dodatkowych 75 miejsc przedszkolnych przeznaczonych dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata i eliminacja notowanych obecnie ograniczeń ilościowych w dostępie do edukacji przedszkolnej oraz poprawa jakości i bezpieczeństwa świadczonych usług dla najmłodszych przedstawicieli społeczności lokalnej Gminy Izbica. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym zamieszkujące obszar Gminy Izbica, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dzieci nieobjętych obowiązkiem przedszkolnym - czyli w wieku 3-4 lata, jak również rodzice tych dzieci.
