The project in accordance with the objectives of Submeasure 3.1.2 ROP WM 2014-2020 aims to increase the competitiveness of WIECHETEK by obtaining funding and purchasing from IOB specialist advisory services of a pro-development nature in the scope of analysis and development of marketing strategy for the company’s development on EU markets, the implementation of this technology and the introduction of new products. The project will provide advisory services in the following scope: — analysis and development of a marketing strategy for the company’s development in EU markets, in particular a strategy based on the comprehensive delivery of services in the production and furnishing of luxury furniture using 3D curvaline surface milling and grinding technologies; — Advising on the implementation of 3D curvaline surface milling and grinding technologies, including employee acquisition of know-how and skills leading to the proper and efficient use of the new technology; — advice on the introduction to the company’s offer of curvilinear wooden elements of interior design and 3D furniture; — testing technology and product. Projekt zgodnie z celami Poddziałania 3.1.2 RPO WM 2014-2020 ma na celu podniesienie konkurencyjności WIECHETEK poprzez pozyskanie dofinansowania i zakup od IOB specjalistycznych usług doradczych o charakterze prorozwojowym w zakresie analizy oraz opracowania strategii marketingowej rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa na rynkach UE, wdrożenia tej technologii oraz wprowadzenia do oferty nowych produktów. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną usługi doradcze w poniższym zakresie: - analiza oraz opracowanie strategii marketingowej rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa na rynkach UE, w szczególności strategii opartej o kompleksową realizację usług w zakresie produkcji i wyposażania wnętrz w meble luksusowe z wykorzystaniem technologii frezowania i szlifowania krzywoliniowych powierzchni 3D; - doradztwo we wdrożeniu technologii frezowania i szlifowania krzywoliniowych powierzchni 3D, w tym pozyskania przez pracowników know-how oraz umiejętności prowadzących do właściwego i efektywnego wykorzystania nowej technologii; - doradztwo w zakresie wprowadzenia do oferty przedsiębiorstwa krzywoliniowych elementów drewnianych wystroju wnętrz i mebli 3D; - testowanie technologii oraz produktu.
