The aim of the project is to develop and increase the competitiveness of Piromax Sp. z o.o. The object of the project is to purchase an advisory service from the Business Surrounding Institution, which includes the development of new solutions in the enterprise, including designing the path to the German market, which is an important problem in the development of the company, creating new business processes and consulting on the use of digital technologies. The scope of the service planned to purchase includes systemic work to develop a comprehensive business development path, taking into account new solutions not yet used. The target group of the project is the final customer, i.e. individual consumers, wholesalers and employees of Piromax Sp. z o.o., who will benefit from new solutions, among others, from model business processes in the area of export, sales or marketing, created thanks to the advisory service. The planned results of the project include obtaining new solutions that the Applicant will use in its activities, including designing the route to the German market, recommendations of new digital technologies for the enterprise and optimising business processes. The purchase of advisory services will contribute to the development of the company’s services, its export activities and will increase competitiveness. Piromax Sp. z o.o. during the implementation of the project will gain expert knowledge of future activities, which will contribute to the development, including increasing profits. The project will contribute to the emergence of new solutions on the company scale, including those using digital technologies. Scope of the pro-innovation service: 1. Analysis of the company’s development needs 2. Consultancy in the field of increasing the company’s export in order to further develop its activities and increase the efficiency of the company’s operations 3.     Celem projektu jest rozwój oraz zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy Piromax Sp. z o.o. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi doradczej od Instytucji Otoczenia Biznesu obejmującej opracowanie nowych rozwiązań w przedsiębiorstwie m.in. zaprojektowanie ścieżki dotarcia do rynku niemieckiego, co stanowi istotny problem w rozwoju firmy, stworzenie nowych wzorcowych procesów biznesowych oraz doradztwo w zakresie wykorzystania technologii cyfrowych. Zakres planowanej do zakupienia usługi obejmuje systemowe prace zmierzające do opracowania kompleksowej ścieżki rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa z uwzględnieniem nowych, do tej pory niewykorzystywanych rozwiązań. Grupą docelową projektu jest klient końcowy tzn. indywidualni konsumenci, hurtownicy oraz pracownicy Piromax Sp. z o.o., którzy będą korzystać z nowych rozwiązań m.in. z modelowych procesów biznesowych w obszarze eksportu, sprzedaży czy marketingu, utworzonych dzięki usłudze doradczej. Planowane do osiągnięcia rezultaty projektu obejmują uzyskanie nowych rozwiązań, które wykorzysta Wnioskodawca w swojej działalności, m.in. zaprojektowanie ścieżki dotarcia na rynek niemiecki, rekomendacje nowych dla przedsiębiorstwa technologii cyfrowych oraz optymalizacja procesów biznesowych. Zakup usługi doradczej przyczyni się do rozwoju usług firmy, jej działalności eksportowej oraz zwiększy konkurencyjność. Piromax Sp. z o.o. podczas realizacji projektu uzyska ekspercką wiedzę dotyczącą przyszłych działań, które przyczynią się do rozwoju, w tym do zwiększenia zysków.
