The project consists of purchasing an advisory service as a result of which Abakus will gain additional knowledge to improve the company’s competitiveness by: — the introduction of innovative products or services on the market, – implementation of a new solution using digital technologies in the field of optimisation of the management process, customer service or logistics process. It seems that Abakus has already realised its internal potential for planning its development and changing the reference point by using external analysis of the company’s potential, products, its environment and market expectations, new opportunities to exploit the company’s resources will be recognised. The main objective is to develop a short-term strategy to: — expanding the company’s offer in the field of the serviced sector, – entering new markets, – expanding the group of suppliers or their offer in the field of innovative products or services, – increasing the value of exports on already controlled markets, and by optimising the processes of operation of the company we want to obtain: — increasing the degree of cost efficiency, – and reducing seasonality in the company’s sales level. External experts are expected to notice the possibilities we have missed to supplement our offer or organisational changes, which will significantly increase our competitiveness in the market.     Projekt polega zakupie usługi doradczej w wyniku, której przedsiębiorstwo Abakus zyska dodatkową wiedzę umożliwiającą podniesienie konkurencyjności firmy przez: - wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnych produktów lub usługi, - wdrożenie nowego rozwiązania wykorzystującego technologie cyfrowe w zakresie optymalizacji procesu zarządzania, obsługi klienta bądź procesu logistycznego. Wydaje się, że Abakus wykorzystał już wewnętrzny potencjał w zakresie planowania swojego rozwoju i zmieniając miejsce odniesienia poprzez wykorzystanie zewnętrznej analizy potencjału firmy, produktów, jej otoczenia a także oczekiwań rynku dostrzeżone zostaną nowe możliwości wykorzystania zasobów firmy. Głównie zaś chodzi o wypracowanie krótkookresowej strategii, pozwalającej na: - poszerzenie oferty przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie obsługiwanego sektora, - wejście dzięki temu na nowe rynki zbytu, - poszerzenie grupy dostawców lub ich oferty w zakresie innowacyjnych produktów lub usług, - podniesienie wartości eksportu na opanowanych już rynkach, a przez optymalizację procesów funkcjonowania firmy chcemy uzyskać: - podniesienie stopnia efektywności kosztowej, - i zmniejszenie sezonowości w poziomie sprzedaży firmy. Oczekuje się, ze zewnętrzni eksperci zauważą niedostrzegane przez nas możliwości uzupełnienia oferty lub zmiany organizacyjne, które w znaczący sposób podniosą naszą konkurencyjność na rynku.
