Niniejszy projekt zakłada skorzystanie z usług doradczych w celu opracowania koncepcji i prototypu modułu systemu ERP pozwalającego na wygenerowanie jednolitego pliku kontrolnego. Spółka ERP Management zajmuje się produkcją modułów informatycznych do systemów zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Aktualnie pragnie stworzyć narzędzie, które pozwoli na generowanie jednolitego pliku kontrolnego. Wprowadzony w Polsce od dnia 01.01.2017 r. obowiązek comiesięcznego przedstawiania jednolitego pliku kontrolnego wymaga od przedsiębiorców wdrożenia narzędzia, które da możliwość wygenerowania ustandaryzowanego w układzie i formacie zbioru danych. Narzędzie proponowane przez spółkę opierać się będzie na licencji open source, co zagwarantuje użytkownikom systemu możliwość jego modyfikacji i pełnego dopasowania do potrzeb i wymagań przedsiębiorstwa. Odbiorcami nowego produktu spółki ERP Management mogą być wszyscy przedsiębiorcy, zarówno sektora MŚP, jak i duże firmy, którzy nie posiadają narzędzia informatycznego pozwalającego generować wymaganego zestawienia danych.
