The main objective of the project is to restore and improve the functionality of degraded spaces and to improve the quality of life of the local community and the level of public security. The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of the building of the former school for the needs of the cultural centre, marked on the development project with the figure “1”, together with the reconstruction of the electrical connection, construction of slipways for disabled people, access, parking spaces, sidewalks, capillary band, two pitches and a playground for children. The key results of the project as expressed in result indicators are: Number of people using social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities being the subject of the project. The target group of the project is residents of the municipality of Wilkołaz, with particular emphasis on the area of revitalisation. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objectives resulting from the analysis of the problems and needs of beneficiaries, as well as from the energy audit. Celem głównym projektu jest przywrócenie i poprawa funkcjonalności zdegradowanych przestrzeni oraz podniesienie jakości życia społeczności lokalnej i poziomu bezpieczeństwa publicznego. Przedmiotem inwestycyjnym jest przebudowa budynku dawnej szkoły na potrzeby ośrodka kultury, oznaczonego na projekcie zagospodarowania cyfrą "1", wraz przebudową przyłącza elektrycznego, budową pochylni dla osób niepełnosprawnych, dojazdu, miejsc postojowych, chodników, opaski kapilarnej, dwóch boisk i placu zabaw dla dzieci. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to: Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy Gminy Wilkołaz, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem obszaru rewitalizacji. Cel główny projektu zostanie zrealizowany poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych jakie wynikły z analizy problemów i potrzeb beneficjentów, jak również z audytu energetycznego. Cele te zostały określone następująco: W wyniku projektu efektywność energetyczna obiektu ulegnie zwiększeniu o 10%. (Polish)
