The project consists of a comprehensive modernisation of the public establishments of the powiat pubławski together with the development of the site in order to give them new educational, cultural and sporting and recreational functions. The investment consists of a building in the MDK building in Puławy and a complex of I LO, ZST and CKZ. The following tasks are envisaged: 1. MDK: replacement of window and door frames, insulation of the anti-damp treatment of the horizontal building, the renovation of the stairs and terraces, renewal of the façade of the building and of the external staircase, the creation of an educational path in the area surrounding the building and the purchase of equipment; 2. complex I LO, ZST, CKZ: renewal of the façade, the main and side walkways in the LO building, cleaning and refresh of the façade of the school building, the renovation of the façade of the portal building (“Prodome”) and the replacement of roof covering together with machining and market orientation, land use by the renovation of the field at and LO, the performance of the open-air and outdoor fields, and the renewal of transport paths and replacement of the fence, the modernisation of the lighting on the site of the complex, including the installation of solar cells on the ZST and CKZ buildings. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the regeneration area and of the city as a whole. A key deliverable will be to improve accessibility to social, cultural and physical activity services for 2 387 people who will use the infrastructure supported by the project. The project is aimed primarily at the inhabitants of the regeneration area, school pupils and LO, ZST and CKZ and participants in classes in MDK, who regularly use (or will be used) for the infrastructure covered by the investment. However, thanks to the opening of sports grounds for the I LO and cultural events in the MDK, the project results will also benefit other people, in particular the inhabitants of the city of Puławy and the district of the desert.     Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa modernizacja placówek publicznych powiatu puławskiego wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu w celu nadania im nowych funkcji edukacyjnych, kulturalnych oraz sportowo-rekreacyjnych. Inwestycja obejmuje budynek MDK w Puławach oraz kompleks I LO, ZST i CKZ. Przewiduje się realizację następujących zadań: 1. MDK: wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wykonanie izolacji przeciwwilgociowej poziomej budynku, remont schodów i tarasów, odnowienie elewacji budynku i schodów zewnętrznych, utworzenie ścieżki dydaktycznej na terenie otaczającym budynek oraz zakup wyposażenia; 2. kompleks I LO, ZST, CKZ: odnowienie elewacji, schodów głównych i bocznych ewakuacyjnych w budynku I LO, czyszczenie i odświeżenie elewacji budynku szkoły, remont elewacji budynku portierni ("Prokopówka") oraz wymiana pokrycia dachowego wraz z obróbkami i orynnowaniem zewnętrznym, zagospodarowanie terenu poprzez remont boiska przy I LO, wykonanie siłowni na świeżym powietrzu i boiska do piłki plażowej oraz odnowienie ścieżek komunikacyjnych i wymianę ogrodzenia, modernizację oświetlenia na terenie kompleksu wraz z montażem ogniw fotowoltaicznych na budynkach ZST i CKZ. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji i całego miasta. Kluczowym rezultatem będzie podniesienie dostępności do usług społecznych, kulturalnych oraz warunków do podejmowania aktywności fizycznej dla 2 387 osób, które będą korzystać z infrastruktury objętej wsparciem w ramach projektu. Projekt skierowany jest przede wszystkim do mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizacji, uczniów I LO, ZST i CKZ oraz uczestników zajęć w MDK, którzy regularnie korzystają (lub będą korzystać) z infrastruktury objętej inwestycją. Dzięki otwarciu terenów sportowych przy I LO oraz wydarzeniom kulturalnym w MDK, z rezultatów projektu korzystać będą jednak również inne osoby, w szczególności mieszkańcy miasta Puławy i powiatu puławskiego.
