The essence of the Project is the creation of an environmental common room as an offer of the Integration House “Mansjonaria” in Czemierniki. Target group: children and adolescents aged 7-17 years (school age up to 18) from families excluded and at risk of social exclusion mainly due to poverty benefiting from social assistance. They will be residents of Czemierniki and Exile villages, as the most in need of environmental support. Aim GUI: Increase access to social services in the area of Czemiernik and Wygnanov (Czemierniki commune) aimed at children and young people of school age excluded or at risk of social exclusion. Results: The actual number of users of social activation services provided in supported facilities:90person/year to 12.2019, Increase of employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) – 1EPC to 12.2019. The project will modernise the existing, currently unused, Mansjonaria building for social purposes. Products: 1rebuilt facility in which socio-occupational activation services are carried out; 1 facility adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; In addition, the potential number of users of socio-occupational activation services provided in supported facilities – 170 people. Istotą Projektu jest powstanie świetlicy środowiskowej jako oferty Domu Integracji "Mansjonaria" w Czemiernikach. Grupa docelowa: dzieci i młodzież w wieku 7-17 lat (wiek szkolny do 18 r.ż.) z rodzin wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczaniem społecznym głównie ze względu na ubóstwo, korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej. Będą to osoby zamieszkałe na trenie wsi Czemierniki i Wygnanów, jako najbardziej potrzebujące wsparcia środowiskowego. Cel gł.: Zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych na terenie Czemiernik i Wygnanowa (Gmina Czemierniki) skierowanych do dzieci i młodzieży w wieku szkolnym wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Rezultaty: Rzeczywista lba użytkowników usług aktywizacji społ.-zaw. świadczonych we wspartych obiektach:90os./rok do 12.2019, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) - 1EPC do 12.2019. W ramach projektu zostanie przeprowadzona modernizacja istniejącego, obecnie nieużytkowanego, budynku Mansjonarii na cele społeczne.
