CEL GŁÓWNY: Podniesiona do 30.04.2018r. aktywność społeczno-zawodowa oraz zdolność do zatrudnienia 60(36K/24M)osób wykluczonych(w tym dotkniętych ubóstwem)lub zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.-wyłącznie osób z niepełnosprawnościami(w tym z zaburzeniami psychicznymi) zamieszkujących na obszarze woj.lubelskiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC,poprzez realizację IPD,poradnictwa psycholog.,warsztatów kompetencji społ,szkoleń i staży zawod.oraz pośrednictwa pracy. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Grupę docelową w ramach proj.stanowią osoby wykluczone (w tym dotknięte ubóstwem) lub osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu woj. lubelskiego. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 60(36K/24M) osób z niepełnosprawnością - osoby niepełnosprawne w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 1997 r. o rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz zatrudnianiu osób niepełnosprawnych (Dz. U. z 2011 r. Nr 127, poz. 721, z późn. zm.), a także osoby z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, w rozumieniu ustawy z dnia 19 sierpnia 1994 r. o ochronie zdrowia psychicznego (Dz. U. z 2011 r. Nr 231, poz. 1375 z późn. zm.), zamieszkujących na obszarze woj.lubelskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego. ZADANIA: IPD, poradnictwo psychologiczne, warsztaty kompetencji społecznych, szkolenia zawodowe, staże zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy. WSKAŹNIKI: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz.społ.objętych wsparciem w programie-60os., Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie-60os., Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-20, Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu-27, Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu(łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek-18. TARGET GROUP: The target group under the project is excluded (including those affected by poverty) or people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Lubelskie Voivodeship. The support will be 60(36K/24M) persons with disabilities within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Dz. U. of 2011 No. 127, item. 721, as amended), as well as persons with mental disorders, within the meaning of the Act of 19 August 1994 on the Protection of Mental Health (Dz. U. of 2011 No. 231, item. 1375, as amended), living in the Lubelskie Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. TASKS: IPD, psychological counselling, social competence workshops, vocational training, internships and job intermediation. INDICATORS: Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion.Supported by programme-60 people, Number of persons with disabilities supported in the programme-60 people, Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have been qualified after leaving the programme-20, Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion seeking work after leaving programme-27, Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion working after leaving the programme (including self-employed-18).
