The subject and main objective of the project is to increase the availability of cultural resources and to spread the cultural resources of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Pilava. The goal will be achieved thanks to the extension of the building of the Centre (71.96 % redevelopment), including full adaptation to persons incomplete. Thanks to the investment, it will be possible to introduce new activities for 3 target groups: children, adolescents and older people and increase the number of users by 15 % and increase opening hours. Digitisation of cultural resources – digitisation of 100 books in MGOK resources will be carried out and then made available free of charge to those interested (for the visually impaired in a format that allows editing font size and background color). The project will be implemented in partnership-the main investor is the City and Pilava Municipality. The partners are two NGOs: Wait a minute. The Academy of Archery and Stow. “Dziadek” Lisiecki, working for the benefit of residents and children from difficult families. Cooperation with local press (promotion) and radio (creative sector) will also be established: The Catholic Radio Podlasie (common realisation of children’s and youth plays and educational programmes for adults). The project is complementary to 5 other projects carried out in the municipality concerning the protection, promotion and development of cultural heritage – their results are mutually reinforcing. The project will generate 4 long-term socio-economic effects in terms of lowering the cost of living for investment and cultural activities, the use of energy-efficient solutions, diversification of sources of financing of activities, creation of new jobs. The applicant’s own contribution will be 33,84 %, i.e. above 10 % higher than the minimum. The project covers the costs of a proportional share of the area for commercial activities (pizzeria, bowling alley). Przedmiotem oraz głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności zasobów kultury oraz upowszechnienie zasobów kultury Miejsko – Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury w Pilawie. Cel będzie zrealizowany dzięki rozbudowie budynku Ośrodka (71,96% przebud.pow.), w tym pełne dostosowanie do osób niepełn. Dzięki inwestycji możliwe będzie wprowadzenie do oferty nowych zajęć dla 3 grup docelowych: dzieci, młodzieży i osób starszych i zwiększenie liczby korzystających o 15% oraz wydłużenie godzin otwarcia. Zostanie przeprowadzona digitalizacja zasobów kultury – cyfryzacja 100 książek będących w zasobach MGOK a następnie bezpłatne udostępnienie ich osobom zainteresowanym (dla niedowidzących w formacie umożliwiającym edycję wielkości czcionki i koloru tła). Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie–głównym inwestorem jest Miasto i Gmina Pilawa. Partnerami są dwie organizacje pozarządowe: Stow. Akademia Łucznica i Stow. im. „Dziadka” Lisieckiego, działające na rzecz mieszkańców i dzieci z trudnych rodzin. Nawiązana zostanie też współpraca z lokalną prasą (promocja) oraz rozgłośnią radiową (sektor kreatywny): Katolickim Radiem Podlasia (wspólna realizacja słuchowisk dla dzieci i młodziezy i audycji edukacyjnych dla dorosłych). Projekt jest komplementarny z 5 innymi projektami realizowanymi w gminie, dotyczącymi ochrony, promocji i rozwoju dziedzictwa kulturowego - ich rezultaty wzmacniają się wzajemnie. Projekt wygeneruje 4 długotrwałe efekty społeczno – ekonomiczne w zakresie obniżenia kosztów utrzymania na rzecz wydatków inwestycyjnych i na działalność kulturalną, zastosowania rozwiązań energooszczędnych, dywersyfikacji źródeł finansowania działalności, tworzenia nowych miejsc pracy. Wkład własny Wnioskodawcy wyniesie 33,84% tj. powyżej 10% wyższy niż minimalny. Projekt obejmuje koszty niekwal. dot. proporcjonalnego udziału pow. przeznaczonej na działalność komercyjną (pizzeria, kręgielnia). W ramach projektu wykonano st. wykonalności, przewidziano promocję i usługi inspektora nadzoru. (Polish)
