The project includes the renovation of the Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary and making it available to visitors of the era in the Kamedul Team in Bielany, which will serve as the Pokamedulski Museum, in order to create a new tourist offer in the region. It assumes making the object accessible to the disabled and inclusion in participation in culture (touchbooks, online broadcasts). The recipients of the offer based on the created cult-education programme will be residents of Mazowieckie voivodship (including school groups, parents, children, students, seniors) and tourists visiting the region (tourist groups and individual tourists). The necessary conservation and construction works to secure the unique Baroque monument in the region include: repairing the dampness of the walls of the church, securing the wooden roof link, repairing the cracks of the vaults and dome, improving the structural capacity of the building and staircases, maintenance of the architectural details of the facade, renovation of the external rainwater drainage system.The work will be carried out after an unlimited contractor has been selected in the tender, will be carried out under the supervision of conservationist and author. At the same time, within the framework of its own resources and cooperation with the project partners, the applicant will create a rich cultural, educational and tourist offer, including access and download to their own carriers of 3 sightseeing scenarios, 10 lesson scenarios for the history of the place containing elements of playmaking, organisation of at least 22 artistic and outdoor events aimed at residents per year. The tourist offer of visiting the church (including the treasury) of the museum in the Erema also meets the needs of people with disabilities through the use of touch models, transmission of events online and also due to the elimination of physical barriers to access to the object (purchase of stairs). Projekt obejmuje renowację Kościoła p.w. Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP oraz udostępnienie zwiedzającym eremu w Zespole Kamedułów na Bielanach, który pełnił będzie funkcje muzeum pokamedulskiego, celem stworzenia nowej oferty turystycznej w regionie. Zakłada udostępnienie obiektu niepełnosprawnym i włączanie do uczestnictwa w kulturze (makiety dotykowe, transmisje wydarzeń on-line). Odbiorcami oferty opartej o stworzony program kult-edukacyjny będą mieszkańcy województwa mazowieckiego (w tym grupy szkolne, rodzice, dzieci, studenci, seniorzy) oraz turyści odwiedzający region ( grupy turystyczne i turyści indywidualni). Niezbędne prace konserwatorsko-budowlane pozwalające na zabezpieczenie unikalnego w regionie zabytku baroku obejmują: zniwelowanie zawilgocenia ścian kościoła, zabezpieczenie drewnianej więźby dachowej, naprawę spękań sklepień i kopuły, poprawę nośności konstrukcyjnej budynku oraz schodów, konserwację detalu architektonicznego elewacji, remont zewnętrznej kanalizacji deszczowej.Prace zrealizowane zostaną po wyłonieniu w przetargu nieograniczonym wykonawcy, będą realizowane pod nadzorem konserwatorsko-budowlanym i autorskim. Jednocześnie w ramach środków własnych i współpracy z partnerami projektu Wnioskodawca, stworzy bogatą ofertę kulturalno-edukacyjną i turystyczną obejmującą dostęp i pobranie na własne nośniki 3 scenariuszy zwiedzania, 10 scenariuszy lekcji dot. historii miejsca zawierających elementy grywalizacji, organizację min.22 wydarzeń artystycznych i plenerowych skierowanych do mieszkańców rocznie. Oferta turystyczna zwiedzania kościoła (w tym skarbca) muzeum w eremie wychodzi także na przeciw potrzebom os.niepełnosprawnych poprzez zastosowanie makiet dotykowych, transmisji wydarzeń on-line a także dzięki eliminacji barier fizycznych w dostępie do obiektu (zakup schodołazów).
