W ramach przedsięwzięcia planowana jest adaptacja istniejącego budynku strażnicy OSP w miejscowości Stare Załubice (gmina Radzymin) do potrzeb kulturalno-edukacyjnych oraz organizacji wydarzeń artystycznych. Przewiduje się przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych w zakresie umożliwiającym wydzielenie przestrzeni pod ośrodek kultury na parterze, natomiast pierwszą kondygnację przeznaczyć na cele OSP Stare Załubice. W związku z tym zakłada się przeprowadzenie kompleksowych prac remontowych na parterze, w tym dostosowanie toalet do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych i matek z dziećmi, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych ze względu na niską izolacyjność cieplną obiektu, wymianę stolarki okiennej na parterze, wykonanie kotłowni gazowej (w chwili obecnej budynek jest ogrzewany energią elektryczną), a także wykonanie nowych instalacji elektrycznych na parterze, w tym montaż oświetlenia energooszczędnego typu LED. Dodatkowo na zewnątrz, z bezpośrednim wyjściem z budynku, zostanie wybudowana scena/taras. Program kulturalno-edukacyjny realizowany w zaadaptowanym budynku będzie zgodny z preferencjami mieszkańców Starych Załubic i okolic (grupy docelowej), które zostały wyrażone w ankietach. Planowane są zajęcia z nauki języków obcych, gry na instrumentach, tańca, warsztaty teatralne oraz muzyczne. Rozwijanie talentów artystycznych społeczności lokalnej będzie odbywało się dodatkowo poprzez zajęcia z garncarstwa, jak też wykonywania ozdób różnymi technikami. Przewiduje się także organizację zajęć z fotografii, warsztatów plastycznych, filmowych, których celem będzie nabycie podstawowych kompetencji w realizacji własnych produkcji filmowych. Prowadzone będzie również kino studyjne. Trzeba podkreślić, iż obiekt zostanie dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Inwestycja przewiduje eliminację barier architektonicznych budynku, a także zakup urządzenia lektorskiego – specjalistycznego sprzętu komputerowego służącego do odczytywania głosem syntetycznym tekstu drukowanego. As part of the project, it is planned to adapt the existing OSP guard building in Stare Załubice (the Radzymin commune) to the needs of cultural and educational needs and organisation of artistic events. Construction works are planned to be carried out to the extent that space can be separated from the cultural centre on the ground floor, while the first floor is to be used for the purposes of the OSP Stare Załubice. Therefore, it is assumed to carry out comprehensive renovation works on the ground floor, including adaptation of toilets to the needs of disabled people and mothers with children, warming of external walls due to low thermal insulation of the facility, replacement of the window joinery on the ground floor, construction of a gas boiler room (currently the building is heated by electricity), as well as new electrical installations on the ground floor, including installation of energy-saving LED lighting. In addition, a stage/terrace will be built outside with a direct exit from the building. The cultural and educational programme implemented in the adapted building will be in line with the preferences of the inhabitants of Old Załubic and the surrounding area (target group), which were expressed in surveys. Classes in foreign languages, instruments, dance, theatre and music workshops are planned. The development of the artistic talents of the local community will also take place through pottery classes, as well as adornments with different techniques. It is also planned to organise classes in photography, art and film workshops aimed at acquiring basic competencies in the realisation of their own film productions. There will also be a studio cinema. It should be emphasised that the facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The investment provides for the elimination of architectural barriers of the building, as well as the purchase of a voiceover device – specialised computer equipment used to read with a synthetic voice of printed text.
