The project will be implemented in the voivodship for 23 months (20 months of classes) in the rural area in Rogworsk Gm. Porobin. KD1. The main objective of the project is a higher level of comp. and university skills in 55 students (U)/28 K, including support of 18U/9K with special needs in Rogworsk until 30.06.2020 by covering their offer of additional classes for their needs from IX 2018 to VI 2020 and 7 Teachers (N)/5K SP by covering them with trainings raising their competences. The aim of the project is to compensate for the lack of education and skills development, students’ interests, as well as the foregrounds educating attitudes of creativity, innovation, teamwork and key competences necessary in the labour market. The target (GD) complies with the provisions RPOWM 2014-2020 and SZOOP. Projekt będzie realizowany w woj.maz.przez 23 m-ce(20 m-cy zajęć) na obszarze wiejskim w m. Rogotwórsk gm. Drobin. KD1. Celem głównym projektu jest wyższy poziom komp. i umiej.uniwers. u 55 uczniów (U)/28 K, w tym wsparcie 18U/9K o specjalnych potrzebach w Rogotwórsku do 30.06.2020 poprzez objęcie ich ofertą zajęć dodatk. dost.do ich potrzeb od IX 2018 do VI 2020 oraz 7Nauczycieli (N)/5K SP poprzez objęcie ich szkoleniami podnoszącymi ich kompetencje. Przedmiotem projektu są działania wyrów. braki eduk. i rozwijające zdolności, zainteresowania uczniów, a także przeds. kształcące postawy kreatywności, innowacyjności, pracy zespołowej oraz kompetencje kluczowe niezbędne na rynku pracy. Gr. docelowa (GD) zgodna jest z zapisami RPOWM 2014-2020 oraz SZOOP.
