The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in shaping the competences of key pupils of 2 primary schools (hereinafter: SP): John Paul II Primary School in Baranów and Aleksandr Kopć Elementary School in Zawady from Baranowo commune through activities aimed at educating at least 90 % of 312 pupils (148 girls, 164 boys) key competences, improvement of professional skills and competences 36 teachers (31 teachers, 5 teachers) and equipping 2 primary schools in the period from 01.01.2019 to 30.07.2020. The project is aimed at target games from Mazowieckie voivodship – 312 children and young people – pupils/principal students (148 women – K) from primary schools (SZK) including middle school students in the SP and up to 36 teachers (31 K). As part of the project pupils/nine (hereinafter: The pupils will take part in teaching and equal classes, apart from lessons, developing talents and interests in the area of key competences, mainly focused on ICT, natural and linguistic subjects. Teachers with special needs of educators will take part in speech therapy. In addition, 36 teachers will take part in training and postgraduate studies, and the workshops will be equipped with assistance to acquire and develop skills through experiments and ICT aids. The main results achieved under the project are: • number of pupils who acquired key competences after leaving the program – 281 (90 % of UCZ), • number of schools in which these workshops use retrofitting for educational activities. — 2, • number of teachers who were qualified or qualified after leaving the programme – 36. As part of the implementation project, the following tasks will be: 1. Equipment and teaching aids 2. Support for teachers (teachers) 3. Additional didactic classes – easing. 4.     Celem głównym proj jest poprawa jakości kształcenia w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów 2 szkół podstawowych (dalej: SP): Szkoły Podstawowej im. Jana Pawła II w Baranowie i Szkoły Podstawowej im. Aleksandra Kopcia w Zawadach z Gminy Baranowo poprzez działania zmierzające do wykształcenia u min. 90% z 312 uczniów (148 dziewcząt, 164 chłopców) kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 36 nauczycieli (31 nauczycielek, 5 nauczycieli) oraz doposażenie 2 szkół podstawowych w okresie od 01.01.2019 do 30.07.2020. Proj jest skierowany do gr docelowych z woj. mazowieckiego – 312 dzieci i młodzieży – uczniów/czennic (148 kobiet – K) ze szkół (SZK) podstaw., w tym do uczniów klas gimnazjalnych w SP oraz do 36 nauczycieli (31 K). W ramach proj. uczniowie/nice (dalej: UCZ) wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno – wyrówn. zajęciach dodatkowych org. poza lekcjami, rozwijającymi uzdolnienia i zainteresowania w obszarze kompetencji kluczowych, głównie nakierowanymi na przedmioty TIK, przyrodnicze i językowe. UCZ ze specjalnymi potrzebami eduk. będą brali udział m.in. w zaj. logopedycznych. Ponadto 36 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i studiach podyplom., pracownie szkolne zostaną wyposażone w pomoce do nabywania i rozwijania umiejętności przez eksperyment oraz pomoce TIK. Główne rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba UCZ, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opusz. programu - 281 ( 90% UCZ), • liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prow. zajęć eduk. – 2, • liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 36. W ramach proj realiz. będą zadania: 1. Wyposażenie i pomoce dydaktyczne 2. Wsparcie dla nauczycieli (naucz.) 3. Dodatkowe zajęcia dydaktyczno – wyrów. 4. Indywidualizacja pracy z UCZ o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych (dalej: SPE) 5. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla szkoły podstawowej. 6. Zaj. z budowania odpowiednich postaw (Polish)
