The aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in one of the schools of the education system in Płock for the 117 pupils with special needs in education and the development of key competences necessary for the labour market and the individualisation of the learning process through the implementation of additional forms of support and the upgrading of the competences of 45 teachers, over a period of 21 months of the project. The support will be targeted at 75 pupils in Primary School No 9 (SP9) and 42 Special Special Educational Centre (G7) in the Special School and Education Centre 7 in the Puck of the project. It requires additional teaching activities, workshops, circles of interest, specialist and social and therapeutic activities. Through the use of ICT tools, it will be achieved through the use of ICT tools to strengthen the process of individualisation of work, with the learner’s special needs, and to equip the facility with the necessary equipment and teaching materials. The planned tasks will contribute to the achievement of the objectives and objectives of the gap, by taking into account the individual development needs of the pupils and follow the needs diagnosis carried out by SoSSO no. 1, approved by the Leading Body. The project takes into account the cooperation with parents in the process of supporting students with special needs, which is also the daily method of individualisation in the workplace (more K attending school meetings with the parents, who will be encouraged to take part in meetings in favour of children). The project is in line with national legislation, including the Law of the Public Procurement Act (PZP) and the principle of sustainable development. The planned number of hours for pupils and the improvement training for N have been tailored to their individual development needs and will ensure the achievement of the project’s objectives and results. The duration of the project is not 24 million and is sufficient to achieve the objectives, indicators and remedial action in case of difficulties. (English)

    Gł. celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia w jednej z placówek systemu oświaty w Płocku dla 117 uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukac. w zakresie budowania i rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz indywidualizacji procesu nauczania poprzez realizację dodatkowych form wsparcia i podniesienie kompetencji 45 nauczycieli, w okresie 21 m-cy realizacji projektu. Wsparcie skierowane będzie do 75 uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej nr 9 Specjalnej (SP9) i 42 uczniów Gimnazjum nr 7 Specjalnego (G7) funkcjonujących w ramach Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego nr 1 w Płocku realizatora projektu. Proj. zakłada realizację dodatkowych zajęć dydaktyczno-wyrówn., warsztatów, kół zainteresowań, zajęć specjalistycznych i socjo-terapeutycznych. Cel gł. zostanie osiągnięty m.in.poprzez wykorzystanie narzędzi TIK, wzmocnienie procesu indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukac. i wyposażenie placówki w niezbędny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne. Zaplanowane zadania przyczynią się do osiągnięcia celu gł. i celów szczeg., poprzez uwzględnienie indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych uczniów i wynikają z przeprowadzonej przez SOSW nr 1 diagnozy potrzeb, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący. Projekt uwzględnia współpracę z rodzicami w procesie wsparcia uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi, co jest też codzienną metodą indywidualizacji pracy stosowaną w placówce (większa liczba K uczestniczący w szkolnych zebraniach z rodzicami dlatego do udziału w spotkaniach w proj. zachęcani będą ojcowie dzieci). Projekt jest zgodny z prawodawstwem krajowym, w tym z ustawą PZP i zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. Zaplanowana liczba godz. zajęć dla uczniów i szkolenia doskonalące dla N zostały dostosowane do ich indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i zapewnią osiągnięcie zakładanych w projekcie celów i rezultatów. Okres realizacji projektu nie 24 mcy i jest wystarczający by osiągnąć cele, wskaźniki i podjąć czynności zaradcze w przypadku trudności. (Polish)
