The aim is to improve the quality of vocational training standards in the ZSP in Radzyń Podlaski by extending the educational offer increasing the chances of employment of 143 students of the secondary school and the Institute of High Schools in Radzyń Podlaski, to equip the vocational workshops of the above-mentioned schools with modern equipment and teaching materials, as well as to increase the professional competence of 11 teachers/instructors of practical vocational training by 06.2021. The activities planned under the project were based on a diagnosis of needs and development plan of schools conducting vocational training in ZSP in Radzyń Podlaski. Result indicator: Number of schools and vocational training establishments using retrofitting purchased through the ESF -2 pcs. Number of vocational training teachers and practical apprenticeship instructors who have acquired qualifications or competences after leaving programme-11 people. Number of persons qualified in non-school forms of education [persons]-154 target: University of Technology, students and teachers of training, including practical learning instructors, e.g. the above schools. The project is aimed at schools conducting vocational training, which in their professions achieve the results of final examinations higher than the average for Lublin voivodship (price criteria no. 4) and conduct vocational training in occupations related to smart specialisations of the RSI Region Tasks: 1) Internship for pupils with employers (in cooperation). 2) Interests for pupils in obtaining additional entitlements to increase their chances on the labour market. 3) Additional specialised activities enabling pupils to acquire and complement their professional knowledge and skills. 4) Professional excellence of teachers in the field of occupational education. 5) Supplement of workshops and schoolworks according to planned additional activities, including strategic sectors for the region (RSI). Celem gł. p jest poprawa jakości standardów kształcenia zawod w ZSP w Radzyniu Podlaskim poprzez rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej zwiększającej szanse na ryku pracy 143 uczniów technikum i ZSZ wchodzących w skład Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Radzyniu Podlaskim, doposażenie pracowni zawodowych ww. szkół w nowoczesny sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne, a także podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 11 nauczycieli/instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu do 06.2021r. Zaplanowane w ramach projektu działania powstały w oparciu o DIAGNOZĘ potrzeb i plan rozwoju szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe w ZSP w Radzyniu Podlaskim. Wskaźnik rezultatu: Liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS -2 szt. Liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu-11 os. Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia [osoby]-154 Gr.docelowa: technikum, ZSZ, uczniowie oraz nauczyciele kształcenia zaw/instruktorzy praktycznej nauki zaw. ww. szkół. Projekt jest skierowany do szkół prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe, które w prowadzonych przez siebie zawodach osiągają wyniki egzaminów końcowych wyższe niż średnia dla województwa lubelskiego (kryt. premiujace nr 4) oraz prowadzą kształcenie zawodowe w zawodach związanym z inteligentnymi specjalizacjami regionu RSI Zadania: 1) Staże zawodowe dla uczniów u pracododawców (we współpracy). 2) Zajęcia dla uczniów w zakresie zdobywania dodatkowych uprawnień zwiększających ich szanse na rynku pracy. 3) Dodatkowe zajęcia specjalistyczne umożliwiające uczniom uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy i umiejętności zawod. 4) Doskonalenie zawodowe nauczycieli w zakresie tematyki związanej z nauczanym zawodem. 5) Doposażenie warsztatów oraz pracowni szkolnych odpowiednio do planwanych zajęć dodtkowych, w tym w branżach strategicznych dla regionu (RSI).
