Celem głównym projektu jest: - podniesienie efektywności, jakości i atrakcyjności kształcenia zawodowego uczniów - grupy docelowej tj 500 uczniów (200 K I 300 M), uczęszczających do jednej z trzech poniżej wskazanych Placówek Kształcenia zawodowego w woj. lubelskim. ; oraz - podniesie kompetencji nauczycieli nauki zawodu - grupy docelowej tj. 20 nauczycieli (15 K i 5 M) stanowiących kadrę nauczycielską w jendej z poniższych Placówek Kształcenia zawodowego: 1. Rzemieślnicze Centrum Szkolenia Zawodowego w Biłgoraju 2. Brażowa Szkoła Rzemiosł Różnych I stopnia w Zamościu 3. Rzemieślnicza Branżowa Szkoła I Stopnia w Zamościu Głównym rezultem projektu będzie kompleksowe wsparcie 500 uczniów i 20 Nauczycieli ww Placówek, w tym: 1. Organizacja dodatkowych zajęć specjalistycznych, umożliwiających uczniom uzyskiwanie i uzupełnianie wiedzy i umiejętności oraz kwalifikacji zawodowych – 19 edycji szkol., łącznie 190 UP uczniów 2. Organizacja zajęć przyczyniających się do rozwoju kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności uniwersalnych tzw. transversal skills niezbędnych na rynku pracy tj. zajęć w zakresie umiejętności rozumienia, kreatywności, innowacyjności, przedsiębiorczości, krytycznego myślenia, rozwiązywania problemów, umiejętności uczenia się, umiejętności pracy zespołowej w kontekście środowiska pracy – 50 grup po 10 os., łącznie 500 UP – uczniów 3. Zwiększenia współpracy szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego z pracodawcami poprzez organizację wysokiej jakości STAŻY ZAWODOWYCH dla uczniów – 350 UP – uczniów po 150 h. 4. Podnoszenie kwalifikacji/ kompetencji nauczycieli nauki zawodu – 20 osób 5. Doposażenie pracowni zawodowych podmioty - 3 podmioty (Polish)

Artisanal Centre for Vocational Training in Biłgoraj 2. Brażowa School of Crafts of Different Degrees in Zamość 3. Craft Industry School in Zamość The main result of the project will be a comprehensive support of 500 students and 20 Teachers in the Institutions, including: 1. Organisation of additional specialised activities, enabling pupils to obtain and supplement knowledge and skills and professional qualifications – 19 editions of the school., a total of 190 UP pupils 2. Organisation of classes contributing to the development of key competences and universal skills so-called transversal skills needed on the labour market i.e. classes in the field of understanding, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, critical thinking, problem solving, learning skills, teamwork skills in the context of the working environment – 50 groups of 10 people, a total of 500 UP – pupils 3. Increase cooperation between schools and vocational training establishments with employers through the organisation of high-quality internships for students – 350 UP – pupils after 150 h. 4. Upgrading the qualifications/competence of vocational teachers – 20 persons 5. Retrofitting of professional workers entities – 3 entities (English)
