The aim of the project is to create solutions enabling the construction of a service/platform or application aimed at legal services of limited liability companies, with particular emphasis on corporate matters and debt collection. The outcome of the study should indicate nationally innovative solutions for such activities that significantly support the fulfilment of legal obligations or recovery. Our goal is to improve the operation of companies and create a friendly service environment thanks to which the most popular form of doing business in Poland will be legally safe, easy for a person potentially unrelated to the law and financially attractive. At present, many companies with a smaller scale of business are seeking help in corporate services only when problems are revealed during the registration procedure or some of the work outsources accounting, which undertakes to carry out such activities without sufficient knowledge of primarily commercial law, which often results in further problems at the stage of registration itself or increasing the liability of individuals on the board of directors of the company as a result of negligence. Those who abstain from the professional assistance of lawyers are often afraid of the high cost of service that is significantly charged to the budget. Some of them, however, at a time of crisis, must pay for legal assistance under both the liability arising from failure to comply with legal obligations correctly and ultimately the much higher costs of legal service, which is often encountered in professional practice. Celem projektu jest stworzenie rozwiązań umożliwiających budowę serwisu/platformy lub aplikacji skierowanej do obsługi prawnej spółek z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem spraw korporacyjnych oraz windykacji wierzytelności. Wynik opracowania powinien wskazywać na innowacyjne w skali krajowej rozwiązania dla tego rodzaju działalności znacząco wspomagające wypełnianie zobowiązań prawnych lub dochodzenie należności. Naszym celem jest usprawnienie działania spółek i stworzenie przyjaznego otoczenia usługowego dzięki którym najpopularniejsza forma prowadzenia działalności w Polsce będzie bezpieczna prawnie, łatwa dla osoby potencjalnie niezwiązanej z prawem i atrakcyjna finansowo. Aktualnie wiele spółek o mniejszej skali działalności zwraca się po pomoc w obsłudze korporacyjnej dopiero wtedy, gdy na etapie postępowania rejestrowego ujawniają się problemy lub też część prac zlecają księgowości, która podejmuje się wykonania tego rodzaju czynności nie posiadając wystarczającej wiedzy z zakresu przede wszystkim prawa handlowego, co nierzadko skutkuje dalszymi problemami na etapie samej rejestracji lub zwiększeniem odpowiedzialności poszczególnych osób z zarządu spółki w wyniku zaniedbań. Osoby, które wstrzymują się ze skorzystaniem z profesjonalnej pomocy prawników nierzadko obawiają się wysokich kosztów obsługi znacząco obciążających budżet. Część z nich jednak w kryzysowym momencie musi się zwrócić po pomoc prawną ponosząc zarówno odpowiedzialność wynikającą z braku poprawnego wypełniania zobowiązań prawnych jak i ostatecznie dużo wyższe koszty obsługi prawnej, z czym wnioskodawca spotyka się niejednokrotnie w praktyce zawodowej.
