Projekt realizowany będzie w gm.wiejskiej Naruszewo,w pow.płońskim.Średni samochód ratowniczo-gaśniczy zostanie zakupiony dla Jednostki OSP Naruszewo, która będzie realizować swoje zadania z wykorzystaniem zakupionego sprzętu na obszarach wiejskich.Działania doposażonej jednostki obejmują:rezerwat przyrody Noskowo,utworzony w 1977r. na terenie gm. Naruszewo.Celem ochrony jest zachowanie lasu liściastego o charakterze łęgu i grądu pochodzenia naturalnego z licznymi 200 letnimi drzewami pomnikowymi.Działania doposażonej jednostki obejmują:Naruszewski Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu i Krysko-Joniecki Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu oraz użytki ekologiczne.Całość obszarów prawnie chronionych na obszarze gminy wynosi:6884,33 ha i stanowi 43,1% jej terenu.Działania doposażonej jednostki obejmują także:obszar Natura 2000,ponieważ najbliższe obszary Natura 2000 to Dolina Środkowej Wisły i Kampinoska Dolina Wisły, czyli obszary znajdujące się w odległości 12,5 km od inwestycji a więc znajdujące się w obszarze działań doposażonej jednostki OSP Naruszewo.Zakres rzeczowy projektu dotyczy zakupu średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego ze sprzętem ratowniczo-gaśniczym zamontowanym na stałe wraz ze sprzętem ratowniczo-gaśniczym niezamontowanym na stałe (pompy pożarnicze,zestaw ratownictwa technicznego,zestawy ratownictwa medycznego, agregaty prądotwórcze) dla OSP Naruszewo.Projekt zakłada zakup dodatkowego specjalistycznego sprzętu: z zakresu ochrony przeciwpowodziowej i specjalistycznych grup ratownictwa chemiczno-ekologicznego.Celem realizacji przedmiotowego projektu jest skuteczne zapobieganie potencjalnym zagrożeniom i katastrofom naturalnym takim jak pożary i zagrożenia naturalne (np.nawałnice, wichury, burze),miejscowe zagrożenia związane z przewozem drogowym materiałów niebezpiecznych, awarie w zakładach,katastrofy ekologiczne i ograniczanie ich skutków.Grupą docelową są głównie mieszkańcy gm.Naruszewo i pow. płońskiego oraz przedsiębiorcy oraz uczestnicy ruchu drogowego.
