Property / summary
The main purpose of the project is ‘The health of 480 children (K-264 to 216) of I-VI classes with SP in Radom and Skaryszew (gm.SKAR.). as regards spinal diseases by participating in the therapeutic intervention planned in motion to 30.07.2021’. The planned tasks are in line with the Regional Health Programme for spinal diseases and obesity among children in Mazowieckie province and include: Module on spine. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. Information and publicity measures combined with qualification of participants 2. Information and education activities for the groups supported under the module for spinal diseases 3. Therapeutic intervention — Test 4. Therapeutic intervention — activity activities and individual medical advice/physiotherapy 5. Information and training measures for medical staff and school staff 6. Information and education activities for people in the environment of children participating in the programme. The main projects covered by the direct support are children attending the classes of I-VI of the primary schools of the Mazowieckie region and established on the basis of a medical report or qualification by the beneficiary of the spine disease (resident in Radom and the city of SKAR). In addition, activities will also be covered by: medical staff, surroundings, including teachers and legal guardians. There is a representation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union in the form of: number of health service places supported in the programme, existing after completion of the project (additional to be indicated in Section C). In particular, the following products are listed as follows: the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by the health services in the programme (as indicated in section C). The other indicators referred to in the CIR will be shown and reported according to § 34 point 3 of the model standard contract for the competition in question. The project will satisfy the MERYum MERYOR. Specific No 5, 6, 7, 9 — description in section D. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest "Poprawę stanu zdrowia 480 dzieci (K-264 M-216) klas I-VI ze SP w Radomiu i gm. Skaryszew (gm.SKAR.)., w zakresie chorób kręgosłupa poprzez udział w interwencji terapeutycznej zaplanowanej w ramach proj. do 30.07.2021r.". Planowane zadania są zgodne z założeniami Regionalnego programu zdrowotnego w zakresie chorób kręgosłupa i otyłości wśród dzieci z województwa mazowieckiego i obejmują: Moduł dotyczący CHORÓB KRĘGOSŁUPA. W ramach projektu zaplanowano realizację następujących zadań: 1. Działania informacyjno-promocyjne połączone z kwalifikacją uczestników 2. Działania informacyjno-edukacyjne grup objętych wsparciem w ramach modułu dotyczącego chorób kręgosłupa 3. Interwencja terapeutyczna – badania 4. Interwencja terapeutyczna - zajęcia ruchowe i indywidualne porady lekarskie/fizjoterapeutyczne 5. Działania informacyjno-szkoleniowe dla personelu medycznego oraz personelu szkół 6. Działania informacyjno-edukacyjne dla osób z otoczenia dzieci uczestniczących w programie. GŁÓWNI UCZESTNICY PROJEKTU objęci wsparciem bezpośrednim to dzieci uczęszczające do klas I-VI szkół podstawowych województwa mazowieckiego ze stwierdzoną na podstawie dokumentacji medycznej lub kwalifikacji przeprowadzonej przez beneficjenta chorobą kręgosłupa (mieszkające w Radomiu i gm. SKAR.). Ponadto działaniami zostaną objęci również: personel medyczny, otoczenie, w tym nauczyciele i opiekunowie prawni. ZAKŁADANY WSKAŹNIK REZULTATU to m.in.: liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług zdrowotnych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu (dodatkowe wskazano w sekcji C). ZAKŁADANY WSKAŹNIK PRODUKTU to m.in: liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami zdrowotnymi w programie (dodatkowe wskazano w sekcji C). Pozostałe wskaźniki określone w RPZ będą wykazane i raportowane zgodnie z §34 pkt 3 wzoru umowy standardowej dla przedmiotowego konkursu. Projekt spełni KRYTERIUM MERYTOR.
