The target group of the project is: The Primary School in Gorzów, 148 students (79Dz, 69CH) and 15 teachers of our school. The whole project is based on a diagnosis approved by the investigating authority. A task that is foreseen to be carried out as part of the project: 1. The Key Competences for students (maths, nature, English, IT) 2. Educational and vocational counselling for class VI students. Individualisation of work with student (specialised activity) 4. Retraining of teachers (training) 5. Equipment for this (natural) and ICT for the project will include the acquisition/extension of key competences, knowledge of the labour market, the reduction of social and emotional deficits hampering the daily environment for 118 pupils, the upgrading of professional competences for 15 teachers, and the modernisation of assistance, teaching materials and IT staff.     Zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych uczniów (UCZ) szkoły podstawowej w Gorzkowie poprzez realizację w niej projektu edukacyjnego w okresie od 01.VIII.17r. do 30.VI.18r rozwijającego kompetencje kluczowe, właściwe postawy i umiej. niezbędne na rynku pracy oraz redukującego niedobory społeczno-emocj. wśród 80% ze 148 uczniów, poszerzającego kompetencje zawod. 15 nauczycieli (N), a także umożliwiającego modernizację zaplecza dydaktycznego placówki. Grupą docelową projektu jest: Szkoła Podstawowa w Gorzkowie, 148 uczniów/-nnic (79DZ,69CH) oraz 15 nauczycieli naszej szkoły. Całość projektu opiera się na diagnozie zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący. Zadanie, które przewidziane są przewidziane do realizacji w ramach projektu: 1. Zaj.rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe u uczniów (matematyka, przyroda, język angielski, informatyka) 2. Doradztwo edukacyjno-zawodowe dla uczniów klas VI 3. Indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem (zajęcia specjalistyczne) 4. Dokształcanie nauczycieli (szkolenia) 5. Wyposażenie pracowni przedmiotowej (przyrodniczej) oraz pracowni ICT Efektem realizacji projektu będzie nabycie/poszerzenie kompetencji kluczowych, wiedzy o rynku pracy, redukcji deficytów społeczno-emocjonalnych utrudniających funkcjonowanie w codziennym środowisku przez 118 uczniów , podwyższenia kompetencji zawodowych przez 15 nauczycieli oraz unowocześnienie pomocy, materiałów dydaktycznych i zmodernizowanie pracowni informatycznej i pracowni przyrodniczej.
