Project titled “Improving air quality by modernising boiler plants in the municipality of Opinogóra Górna – stage II” concerns the replacement of heating agent (boils, furnaces, heating appliances) in households into heat sources burning biomass, gasifying wood or using gaseous fuels. In addition, the project also concerns investments in renewable energy sources (RES) in the field of photovoltaic systems (electricity), solar collectors and air heat pumps designed for hot water purposes. For the purpose of the project, a target group of final recipients was gathered in the recruitment process (according to Annex 19a to the application for funding). Local visions were made on the properties (households) submitted to the project, resulting in the obtained energy certificates. The planned investment includes the modernisation of 45 residential buildings in the scope of the replacement of heating equipment, in addition to that 22 buildings (a total of 26 systems) will also develop RES infrastructure, consisting of: — Photovoltaic installations in the on-grid system (16 systems in total) – Installation of solar collectors (4 systems in total) – Installation of air heat pumps (6 systems in total) The result of the project will include reduction of CO2 emissions of 252.62 tonnes of CO2/year, which gives 61.79 % in relation to the current state. PM10 emissions will be reduced by 209.46 kg/year, which is 78.80 % in relation to the current state. Against the background of the municipality of Opinogóra Upper, the reduction of PM10 emissions will result in a reduction of 1.29 % compared to the whole municipality (Annex 19c). The project is implemented in the municipality of Opinogóra Górna, which has a population of 6021 (as of 2016). The planned investment is not a revitalisation project. The investment will be implemented in the “Design and Build” mode. (English)

Projekt pt. „Poprawa jakości powietrza poprzez modernizację kotłowni na terenie gminy Opinogóra Górna – etap II” dotyczy wymiany czynnika grzewczego (kotłów, pieców, urządzeń grzewczych) w gospodarstwach domowych na źródła ciepła spalające biomasę, zgazowujące drewno lub wykorzystujące paliwa gazowe. Dodatkowo projekt dotyczy również inwestycji w odnawialne źródła energii (OZE) z zakresu systemów fotowoltaicznych (energia elektryczna), kolektorów słonecznych i powietrznych pomp ciepła przeznaczonych na cele ciepłej wody użytkowej. Na cele projektu została zebrana grupa docelowa odbiorców końcowych w procesie przeprowadzonej rekrutacji (zgodnie z załącznikiem numer 19a do wniosku o dofinansowanie). Na tle gminy Opinogóra Górna redukcja emisji pyłów PM10 przyniesie rezultat w postaci obniżenia emisji o 1,29% w stosunku do całej gminy (załącznik numer 19c). Inwestycja będzie realizowana w trybie "Zaprojektuj i Wybuduj". (Polish)
